Redesigned our kitchen and installed new flooring throughout our entire upstairs. They have a large variety of flooring and a huge cabinet selection.

If you are looking for attention to detail, Stoney Point Kitchens and Bath are your guys. They told me it would take four weeks, but it ended up taking 5 weeks. This was my fault, I added some things as they were working. They did everything I asked and went above and beyond my expectations. Great job and thanks, I'll be using you again!!

As of july 2015 I hired Stoney point to do my kitchen up date. The workers came everyday and I was assured the work would be completed in4 weeks.... Well it took them 6 weeks. This was not a big deal for me because I was not on any timeline. I had everything in my kitchen redone. It was a gut job. The end produce looked beautiful ...I was very happy. However my new bamboo floating floor moved and separated.

We reached out to Stoney point in April for a small bathroom remodel which needed to be completed by the middle of July. They assured us that the time frame was fine and we were impressed with the quality of material they used and work they have done so we decided to move forward. We quickly came to find out that they are out of town a significant amount of time because they also do large commercial jobs. This made coming up with design and prices a long drawn out process; however, throughout these communications they ensured us that we would be able to be in the schedule by the end of June. After it was all said and done we did not end up finalizing an agreement until the beginning/end of June and were put in the schedule to start July 5th which made it a tight timeline but again they ensured us it would be completed in a week. I contacted them July 4th to see when they would be starting the next day and they then continued to tell me that the start date would have to get delayed a week due to another project they were working on. They started work July 8th and here we are July 19th and the project is still not complete. They ended up subcontracting the job out (not notifying this party until July 3rd) and the subcontractors were wonderful. They showed up everyday ready to work and were very pleasant. The only problem was they did not always have the material they needed because Stoney point ordered our materials too late. Several days they had to leave early or take long breaks waiting for material to become available. We have a kitchen remodel coming up and we will not be using Stoney point.

Really like their designs and visions of what should be done to my kitchen space, but could not get them to commit to a price. Initially
contact was made by me and measurement started on July 10, subsequent appointments were canceled on 3 occasions by Stoney Point. during August. On Sept 10. I spent considerable time with the company approving the design and layout, selecting counter tops, faucets etc., with the management saying they would be in touch in a few days with a price. It is now Oct. 3 and I finally decided to call and see what the hang up was. They did return my call with no price, and said that I was to contact them. Whatever, if it was a misunderstanding I do not know, but I do feel that if they were actually interested in the job, and could deliver on their plan, they would have followed through with at least a follow up call. I decided to look elsewhere. With all the difficulties of remodeling one does not need to be bothered with misunderstandings prior to starting the job. Hence I will look elsewhere and suggest to others they do the same. They talk a great game but no action. I had anticipated the work could be completed by the Holidays.

Comment from Stoney Point Kitchens and Baths:
We at Stoney Point understand the problems that can arise doing a large remodel. We try to eliminate this by taking the necessary step to do so. First there is a measure and before photos taken. Next we set up a very extensive design appointment which can take anywhere from 2 - 4 hours depending on the changes. (keep in mind the customer is watching all of this take place on a 50" monitor) When a final design is reached and the customer gives the 100% OK to continue, then a third appointment is set to go over the contract and pricing. We at Stoney Point have over 60 years of experience in this field and have always taken great strides to please the customer. We also know that sometimes there are misunderstandings or miscommunications. Unfortunately these things happen for whatever reason but never intentional by either party.

I hired Stoney Point Kitchens and Baths to knock out my dining room wall to make a larger eat-in kitchen. They are at my house now and so far the work and the team that they sent to my house have been top-notch. They work all day, show up every day, and clean up neatly after the leave. They have added little extras as we go along without complaining. So far, the most professional and best contractors that I have ever had (and I've dealt with few during the last 10 years.) I am very impressed.
