Summit Signature Kitchen and Bath

Summit Signature's renovation of our kitchen and two baths is superb! Will and Brent went out of their way to make sure our renovation is perfect. They kept dust and dirt to an absolute minimum and always cleaned up after themselves. The quality of workmanship is perfect. They were both friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. We would definitely call Summit Signature again for any future renovation.

Will and his crew were easy to work with. They were very professional and respectful of my wishes. Brent did an outstanding job from demo to completion of my master bath. He removed a jetted tub and all the surround. He also removed the existing shower. Where the tub had been he tiled a new walkin shower with a built in bench. He also framed in a closet where the former shower was. Dust was kept to a minimum and he kept the work area clean. Shane did a wonderful job painting the ceiling, walls and molding. Will did a great job coordinating the project with his men and the granite company so that the project could be completed by my preferred deadline. The final cost was very close to the estimate. These men delivered above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely hire them again and I highly recommend them.

A gentleman came to paint two large decks and a large screened porch. His work is impeccable and the result is beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

The final result of our bathroom renovation by Will's crew went beyond our expectations. Always on time, careful and thoughtful with all details of the work, respectful of our home, really couldn't have asked for more. No mess. no drama, just great results. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

Summit Painting and Remodeling helped us on a kitchen and bathroom remodeling project of our house in April, 2016. The job was done in a timely and professional manner and to our complete satisfaction. What we like most about Will and his team is being responsive and patient to go through very details of the project. When I sent him an email or a message to communicate ideas of the project or any changes of the work, I always got prompt response. And he is also willing to go through the details with us of the work they were going to do to make sure that the work would be done exactly the way we want it to be. One example is before the wall tiles in the bathroom being installed, he discussed with me to determine how each row of the tile would be placed (since we had a special design of the tile pattern) and drew the design on the wall. In that way, the finished tile matched perfectly with our design. In addition to the good communication with us and being patience, Will and his team was also willing to provide professional advices based on their expertise and experience. We took some of their advices which turned into some good design features, and we are satisfied with the results. The quality of the work Summit Painting and Remodeling provided is great, especially the painting job. We didn’t paint all the walls but only the ones on which some remodeling had been done. They were able to match the original color perfectly. We definitely will work with them again if we should have other projects in the future.

We originally contracted Summit to restore a large room that had been water damaged by broken pipes. The work was excellent, and I have since called several times for other work as well as recommended to friends. I found them through the recommendation of a friend who had used them several times in his own home. Their workers were skilled in their craft, respectful of our home, as well as our time. The entire room was not damaged, so only the affected areas were gutted. It is impossible to tell where the original and restored parts of the room are. Since it is an older home, Summit worked with me in updating items such as insulation, electrical, and lighting to our liking. The work was entirely completed in just a few days and the area was completely cleaned afterwards. We're very pleased and will continue to use and recommend them.

Summit Painting and Remodeling helped us finish an attic space. They were one of three contractors I hired. Summit provided the electrical, carpentry, sheet rock and finish, some insulation and painting. The other contractors did the air conditioning, insulation and flooring. Summit was very cooperative and easy to work with. They adjusted their schedule as needed and were flexible to changes I made to the original scope. The pricing was reasonable and the final room turned out fantastic. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Will and his crew did an excellent job painting my house and staining my deck. They did a very thorough pressure wash in advance and cleaned up every day. They even did some small carpentry work. I highly recommend Summit for any painting project.

Summit Painting painted 4 rooms, moved lighting in our bathroom and repaired rotten wood on our garage door. The workers were conscientious, clean and efficient. The estimate the owner gave was fair and honest. I believe the owner was on vacation during our job, but things still ran incredibly smoothly and finished on time. I will hire this company again.

Will was great to work with. He did a pretty major remodel for us that included upgrading our kitchen and master bath. He was very attentive to our needs and upfront with all costs.

I chose Summit Painting and Remodeling because of their high rating on Angie's List. Will Kaiser, came to the home I am moving out of to give an estimate on removing wallpaper in 3 rooms and painting them, then followed me to the home into which I'll be moving...it needed total painting of 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home (which has vaulted ceilings) and the garage. He was prompt & courteous, met me at the home on the day of painting and introduced me to the painting crew (which included a woman who left the computer business.) I was impressed with the character qualities of the crew. The work (2-3 coats on the entire house interior) was completed in less time than quoted and the work was done impeccability. The house was left very clean, and the crew chief pointed out a water leak they had discovered.

We have used Will several times in the past 4 years. They have painted most of the rooms in our house. They remodeled the powder room, including a new tile floor, wainscoting, and tile on the wall. He then did a complete deck remodel with Timbertek including new stairs and covered underdecking with two fans. Our latest remodel was a complete kitchen renovation (the white kitchen in the photos). This remodel took the walls down to the studs and included new floors, electrical, plumbing, gas, and cabinets. Will and his crew consistently provide fantastic work at a very fair price. He has yet to go over budget. He is more Type A than we are, which is a great trait in a contractor. Every project that we've done started with 90s decor and ended with our dream room (inside and outside).

small, 1-day, project. replace siding and door on front of an outdoor storage shed. trickiest part of this project was matching paint on front w/sides. the outcome was excellent. I always call Summit Painting & Remodeling for everything from painting the house to small woodwork projects. They have always been fair and honest and have followed through to resolve any problems.

Summit painted my exterior a few years ago, interior paint, and renovated a bathroom. The exterior painting started with a call and they responded very quickly, with good communication, and the best estimate. On the few times he was going to be late he texted me to let me know, his estimate and answers to questions were very prompt, and during his initial evaluation he actually pointed out that our old paint job was in good shape and we could have done some touch-up work at much less cost and labor. We decided to have them paint the house and are very pleased with the results. The interior painting and the bathroom renovation were also good experiences and they are our go-to company for these kinds of work.

Summit painting remodeled a bathroom and turned a bathroom into a bedroom(it was a bedroom originally). They were very efficient and respectful. They arrived early and left late so that they could stay within the time frame they allotted me. I will definitely call Will in the future.

Will and his crew have been nothing short of amazing. To call them General Contractors isn't exactly accurate, as his crew does all of the work themselves - siding, sheetrock, stair railings, lighting, door installation, plumbing, electrical, decking and much more. Will's initial quote was incredibly detailed, and in the end very accurate. We discovered during the complete makeover of the house we bought, that a french drain was needed, and fast. He put one of his guys on it, brought in a load of gravel, and it was a perfect fix. I think after having a few experiences with remodeling and contractors, what stands out about them is the accuracy on the money end, the contribution of ideas and fixes to items that inevitably come up along the way, they show up every time they say they will and in large numbers when there is a push to finish something, and the quality of their work exceeds expectations. I would and will recommend them to anyone needing a contractor for jobs big and small.
