Sunrise did a beautiful job finishing our basement. They completed a workout room, living area, bedroom and bathroom. Dan, the owner of Sunrise, took great care of us and treated our project with care from start to finish. He was always extremely responsive and hands-on as needed. Hard to find trustworthy people/companies these days so we’re thankful we found Sunrise! We had a great experience working with them and would highly recommend!!

Our project included adding a large addition to our home to accommodate an eat in kitchen, expanding the main floor bathroom along with attached laundry, and updating our mud room/breezeway. Additionally, we refinished all the original hardwoods on the main floor and painted the exterior (stucco). Dan created a beautiful design that included vaulted ceilings in both the addition and the existing mudroom to really open up the space and bring in light, along with a picture window looking out to the backyard. Throughout the process I appreciated that Dan was easy to communicate with, he always made time to take may calls. The Sunrise crew were professional, friendly, and respectful of our home. Our project was overbudget (mostly because of decisions we made as homeowners) and over timeline (circumstances with subs). I highly recommend building in a contingency budget, best case scenario, you don't use it. I would recommend Dan and the Sunrise team.

Sunrise completed a very large deck on our house. Sunrise crew were professional, experienced and competent. Our deck turned out beautiful and was within budget. We were kept informed of any issues or changes with the project. We will use Dan Jozefow and Sunrise Design and Construction for any future projects.

Our renovation was initially a kitchen remodel that included removing a wall between the kitchen and dining room as well as expansion into a portion of the garage. The expansion was to improve the mudroom layout for better access from the garage, access to the back yard pool as well as to create laundry and storage rooms. Dan provided an initial design as well as considerations for the renovation to ensure it was well integrated with the entire main floor. After weighing all the options, the decision was made to essentially renovate the entire main floor. Dan worked closely with us as we refined all aspects of the design. The project involved removal of several walls, placement of new walls, cabinetry design for the kitchen, butler’s pantry, mudroom, laundry room, custom built-in china cabinet for the dining room, wood and LVT flooring selections, new windows and doors, etc.,. Through collaborative efforts with Dan to optimize the plans and the excellent work done by each of the teams involved (construction, custom cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, insulation, painting and flooring), the final renovation is perfect for our lifestyle as a family and for entertaining purposes. Thanks to Dan for his dedication to ensure the exceptional results.

We enjoyed working with Dan and his crew. They were thoughtful, hardworking and accommodating. Dan's designs reflected our wishes, and every suggestion he made was spot on. We are happy with our basement bath and remodel, and a new four-season porch. I'm certain we'll be calling Sunrise Design back for future projects.

Very responsive and stayed within the budget. Very helpful with design changes and impact to budget. The construction crew were great, friendly, respectful of us when in the location. Cleaned up every evening! We are using them to help with a very big project at a lake house and looking forward to the project. Highly recommend them.

Sunrise Construction added a half bath upstairs in our 1800's home. Dan, Dean and the team are skilled crafts men and understand the challenges with old homes. We have had several jobs done on our old house in the 20 years we have lived here and we can say this is the best we have ever had. Excellent job!

We hired Sunrise to fix some foundation issues we had at our house. The workers were very respectful and I was so happy and relieved to see the care they had for our house, inside and out! They were always here when they said they would be and communicated with us throughout the project. They did such a great job and we highly recommend them!

Working with Dan and his team at Sunrise Design was a real pleasure. Everyone on the team was polite and professional, and Dan himself was extremely responsive to our queries, and open/honest about the progress of the project. Below is our general list of pros and cons: Pros: 1. Superb quality of work, we are very happy with our new kitchen! 2. Friendly and knowledgeable team 3. Kept clean work environment, during and after hours. 4. Dan and team advocated for us and clearly had our best interest in mind when dealing with appliance issues. 5. Excellent communication and progress updates. Cons: 1. Cost is on the high end of the spectrum. A few things which were not specified up front ended up increasing overall price more than anticipated (outside of known change-orders). 2. Major design flaw in cabinetry (ie. measurements did not account for appliance handles). This resulted in awkward corners. Overall, we though Sunrise Design and Construction did a great job. We are very happy with our new kitchen. All of the issues we experienced during this remodel could be mitigated with a full design plan (including all materials/appliances/etc) drawn up before beginning. We will definitely be calling Dan and his team for future projects! Thank you!!

We had an excellent experience. I was pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the original estimate (within a few days). Dan does a wonderful job listening to the client needs/desires and incorporating into the project as adjustments occur, etc. I plan on having them help us with our basement redo next year.

We had our chimney rebuilt. Dan gave us competitive bids and choices. Dan is very personable and accommodating. He did an very good on-site review of the project. His subcontractor was excellent: experienced and ethical. His assistant was also easy to be around. No mess. No blaring music. Just hard workers who appreciated a little iced tea toward the end of the day. I would use this company with confidence.

My husband and I would highly recommend Infinite Possibilities. They were reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, hard working and passionate. They took the time to understand our needs, and worked with us to design a plan that we were thrilled with. Their pricing was very competitive, and helped us to achieve an outstanding result, keeping our budget in mind. We felt that we were in very capable hands, and are already working with them on another project for our house. We would certainly recommend them, and appreciate all of their hard work and efforts to execute our beautiful landscape design.

We hired Dan to design and build a new garage as an add-on to our newly purchased home on 5 acres. His challenge was to give the new building some style which we could then carry over to the house--a timber frame home with lots of style on the inside but not much on the outside. We couldn't be more happy with what Dan created and built. We love the style and the fact that Dan worked closely with us to generate ideas and get to the final outcome. The 1,000 square foot garage is chock full of form and function! And it now sets the tone for how we will update the exterior of our home. I trust Dan with every aspect of our project: ideation, design, materials selection, budget, fairness and integrity and end-to-end execution.

When a foundation wall of my Stillwater home collapsed in the Spring thaw, an architect friend recommended working with Dan Jozefow and his team at Sunrise Design and Construction. Understanding the urgency of my situation, Dan acted quickly to prevent further damage to my home. Within a day, the house was secured and the foundation was buttressed. in a few short days, the caved-in wall was excavated and a new foundation wall was built. Throughout the spring and summer, Dan and his team made improvements to reinforce the old foundation walls. They also improved the grade around the house to improve drainage, including installing French drains and finishing up with aesthetically appealing landscaping. I trust the expertise and integrity of Dan and his team, and look forward to working with them on more creative endeavors in the future! Highly recommend!

Was referred to Sunrise by a colleague of mine, and I am glad we went with them. Attention to detail, responsiveness, and a great eye for design (form, function, and style) are the qualities that really stand out for Sunrise Design and Construction. LOVE this organization and have used them over and over and over!! My latest project was removing the front stoop and replacing it with the wonderful porch on the front of the house and replacing the remaining 8 windows on the original part of the house. Dan and his team are extremely professional, creative and have great attention to the details. Huge trust factor!! I've used them since 2008 and they've literally rebuilt half of my house with a fabulous new addition and a total remodel of an upstairs bathroom. You'll love these guys!

Working with Dan and the team at Sunrise Construction was great! We needed a new railing and a number of other repairs on our 144 year old Victorian home. Dan and his team fit this smaller job in and did an excellent job from style to finish, in a timely way! Dan worked well with this project us suggesting the best materials for the project and gave a good price, staying close to the estimate. We were very pleased...and had a of compliments. The finished project was beautiful. I was able to design my own pantry. The hickory cabinets are eye catching to everybody that enters our home.

Dan is very watchful over all parts of the project and he ensures that all completed work is of the highest quality. Dan brings his projects in in schedule and on budget. Sunrise remodeled our family room, laundry room, and entry way. They worked within our budget to make our vision come alive. We had custom built-ins made for our fireplace surround in addition to amazing stone work. Dan helped us choose the right elements and colors for each part of the room. He truly has an eye for design and what will "go with" the existing parts of your home - everything from paint colors and wood stains but also lighting and fixtures. The quality of the materials and of the work done by the people he hires is awesome.

When my husband and I decided to remodel our main floor we reached out to friends we knew that could steer us toward the right contractor for our project. Sunrise Design and Dan Jozefow was at the very top of the list. We met with Dan and felt a connection right from the start. He work patiently with us to create a cohesive vision that worked for us and was mindful to keep within the traditional style of our home. Through our remodel Dan has been hands on with every aspect of the project. His eye for style, color, design and engenuity has saved us money in our need for an additional Interior Design team. Our project was quite large. We did a mainfloor remodel, to include an addition, gormet kitchen, master suite, office, laundry room, mud room, and more. Since we were new to the community, and not connected yet, we relied on web research to aid us in our selection. Online ratings and reviews were helpful, as well as before and after photos on company sites. We particularly wanted to select a contractor who was immersed in the community - had been around a long time, and lived nearby. We interviewed two contractors, and Dan Josefow's honesty and knowledge won us over right away! With every fork in the road, Dan at Sunrise Design was able to take every left turn and offer exciting options and variations. The little cabin on the lake has become our dream home, the place we are creating family memories, and looking forward to our "empty nest" years.

My daughter and husband hired Dan to remodel the main level of their home. This included a greatroom expansion, gourmet kitchen, mud room expansion, laundry, office, master bedroom with a huge walk in closet and spa like bathroom. Dan also rebuilt the deck off the greatroom. I have built 3 houses so I was a advisor or helper for my daughter. I am impressed with Dan's designs, style, his sense of color and finishes - what's trending and what's out. Dan is very easy to work with. He was open to every new picture my daughter found even though it created changes. Even with all the changes he stayed on his timeline. Dan was there for every new question either by phone or in person. He checked all subcontractors work and if there were changes or adjustment needed it was corrected right away. We have hired Sunrise Design for 2 significant projects over the last five years. One project was a full kitchen remodel plus a small family room addition. The second involved a remodel of a master suite. We have been very pleased with the designs that were keeping consistent with the house's original architecture. We have been very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of the crew. We would not hesitate to use the Sunrise team again.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Sunrise Design and Construction on a major addition project to our home. We literally raised the roof on our house and added two bedrooms and a common area where the old 125-year old attic was. The attic was just open and not finished prior to that and had vents to the open air. I could not imagine use having useful space there. We called Dan from Sunrise and he sat down with us and made our plan come to life. We actually interviewed another quality contractor in the area that was stumped on how to add two bedrooms given the locations of our dormers. With Sunrise, we came up with a solution to remove the roof and reposition the dormers so we had a center attic stairway and perfectly centered dormers. Also, given we "raised the roof", we have 8 foot clearance in the center, which is excellent and another foot or so in width on each side, which would not have happened had we tried to utilize the roof structure we had. Dan was also instrumental in working with the historical society on the plans as he created them. We have a 125 year old craftsman home that had certain features that the historical society wanted to retain. We passed with flying colors and the home looks fabulous. It actually looks the same as before the project but now we had a new roof. Cost wise, it was less expensive to do the new roof, etc. than to try to work with the existing materials. I cannot say enough about Dan as he has become a friend of the family since we saw him so much during the project. He was always there. Also, he came in one week ahead of schedule. His workers were respectful, professional and worked to maintain a clean space. As you can imagine, they had to get in and out of the attic. They used a ladder instead of our house. I highly recommend Dan and Sunrise Construction. They are a quality firm with quality people and you cannot go wrong. See the pictures I have attached as they truly did an amazing job!

Dan & company did an excellent job estimating, delivering and cleaning up all the details. They replaced all my windows & siding and repaired the rotten and damaged areas hidden below the cedar siding they replaced. They installed Hardy siding and new Marvin Windows and trim.

Dan and his team at Sunrise built an expansion on our 1884 home that you'd never know was new! Between the remodeling in the existing parts, the transition from old to new parts, and the finishing of the new parts, the entire home is now a very functional, beautiful, and historically respectful structure. Dan is particular but practical. By this I mean he ensures things are done right and high quality, but he's always on the lookout for ways to save costs or do things more efficiently. We were working with an architect, but Dan also contributed ideas that significantly and positively influenced the design and build. We also enjoyed working with Dan - he's outgoing and pleasant and understanding. Early in the project he didn't text, which was a pain for those quick communications that occur throughout a major 6-8 month project, but later in it he got on board! :)

Prior to starting our project, we got a couple of bids and spoke with a few different contractors. After meeting Dan, I knew he was our guy. His approach to design; his creativity, decades of experience, outside of the box thinking and can-do attitude are what drew us to him. And now that the project is finished (within budget and ahead of schedule!), I think the results speak for themselves. His guys are so talented, so professional and courteous. It was great getting to know all of you!!

We are just putting the final touches on our 'latest' project with Sunrise Design and Construction. This is our 3rd project and probably the best of all because it is a sanctuary! Dan is easy to work with, has great ideas and lots of experience to give you advice you will need during the project. His craftsman are highly talented and also great guys to have at your worksite. Dan and his crew remodeled our entire home, built a beautiful 3 car garage and now has built me an art studio that is a joy to work in! You can put your trust in these guys. Dan was always available by phone when I had questions throughout our construction process. I am a first time home owner and he definitely took the time and care to explain my options and helped enhance my vision into my perfect project. The end result was quick, easy and made my house look 10x better! I will definitely hire him again for other projects on my house and highly recommend him.
