His employees and his subcontractors all were resectful of me and my property. They made sure to leave the worksite clean when the day's work was completed. Jeff's prices for the projects he did were within standards for the high quality of work performed. “Love, Love, Love Soebbing Flooring DBA ES Designs. I had decided to renovate my master bath by removing the bathtub and updating my vanity and countertops. Went through about a dozen plus free estimates including from Home Depot and Lowe’s. I decided to go with ES designs. Reason? Aside from the fact that they gave me the best quote, I immediately had a great feeling about my contractor Renee Ferrari. Labor is Labor and what drives the price is the individual items. It’s not easy to bank your buck with strangers you don’t know especially in Vegas! So that was important to me. Whom I felt comfortable with.... With regard to the proposals, I got several proposals from a lot of the contractors I called. Some just gave me a verbal blanket proposal of general work without detailing how they came up with the price some just gave a price with nothing else after they walked out and won’t even provide one even after requesting a written quote! Some were just too much! ES Designs not only gave me a quote, but a breakdown of each job involved that I wanted done! Labor was labor so the only thing left was shopping for what I want/need. Renee gave me homework of what I needed to get buy. As I went shopping, my ideas developed, changed my mind, second guessed myself a lot on decisions, but I loved that Renee was available to text me, even AFTER HOURS (even close to 10pm) if she was up and even called and took time to answer my questions/concerns. On a couple of days while shopping? It actually felt like she was shopping right with me! Actually? We did go shopping for my quartz countertops! Was fun getting her design ideas and concepts! After the job was started and project started to develop, I was lucky enough to work from home to supervise the project. So it was awesome to still make changes or add things as the project developed. I decided to remove my window and Renee was flexible enough to add on and price out the additional job even after signing a written contract. Renee’s crew with ES Designs was fantastic! Humberto was the lead, he was so easy to talk to and really listened to what I wanted and needed. Rosio was the tiler. OMG! So very detailed in her work. So very impressed! From cutting every corner or shape, to every sliver pieces that was needed to fill in all spaces. And lastly? Julio was super! He tiled my walls, Connected my plumbing, and connected my vessel sinks! I swear he can do anything! The best part? They were all so easy to talk to, had a great and cheerful demeanor and all are willing to satisfy my every request! The job took about 2 1/2 weeks and the whole time I felt like everyone was working like it was something they were doing for their own home. Every one was on my page to help me reach my dream bathroom/vision. Initially I wasn’t looking forward to hunting for and shopping for each and every item, but in the end I am so excited to be part of the whole process. It was really customized to my taste. Btw, on the pics? The black/red/white bath shows the new countertop from the extra slab I bought. So very excited I did that as well. Overall? I am so very satisfied with ES Designs. Love Renee Ferrari and the personal services she took to help me get my dream bathroom. I felt like she held my virtual hand each step of the way! I would refer ES Designs to anyone who wants work to be done in their home! You will be satisfied from day one to the finished product! It actually turned out better than I even originally imagined!”

“Fact is, these guys saved the day. Arrived promptly when I noticed my ceiling was bubbling/leaking water. Not the kind of thing you want to come home to ever but when it happens you want someone like these guys to step in and knock it out. They dealt with the insurance company which I liked because the lady was jumping on my last nerve. Professionals, high tech equipment used to secure the scene. Highly recommended if you find yourself in a bad spot like I did. Cheers”
