Reliability is outstanding. Company absolutely stands by its work. Creativity and outside-the-box modern thinking in design was very helpful. Very careful to generate an accurate estimate of costs - well explained.

Swift is everything you could ever want in a contractor. They are: Honest. I never ever worried about them being in our home when we were not there. They even took care of our pets. Reliable. They come when they say they will. Friendly. The whole team is so much fun. They became like family to us. Detail oriented. Terry is very detail driven and wants everything done to perfection. If something is not done perfectly, he will have his team redo it without additional cost to the homeowner. Neat and tidy. At the end of each day, everything is completely cleaned and all the tools are put away. Communicate. The team has a meeting every morning to discuss the tasks for the day so everyone knows what they need to accomplish that day. Swift was very good at letting us know how things were going, making sure we were happy with what was done so far, and taking the time to listen to us. Peace of mind. Swift may not be your lowest bid, but you can be sure EVERYTHING will be done right the first time. Swift is awesome! Over the years, we have had Swift build a screened porch (which we love) and small deck, completely remodel the upstairs bathrooms, completely remodel the kitchen and main level and add crown molding and new trim throughout the house. Swift replaced all of our old the windows and lowered our electric bills significantly. Walls were removed in bathrooms, kitchen and dining rooms were reconfigured to make a more open setting. The old brick fireplace was removed and a gas fireplace installed. Terry did an amazing job of designing the framing of the fireplace. Terry and his team at Swift have completed 3 renovation projects for us since 2000, with the most recent being a kitchen renovation in our 30 year old home. The renovation is absolutely beautiful, and Terry was willing to incorporate our ideas and plans as well as make excellent professional suggestions. He provided accurate and timely estimates of work, and updated estimates as we upgraded to certain items that cost somewhat more than the original estimate. He stayed on budget, and also has had excellent follow-up to address a (very) few minor issues. Based on our past experience with Swift, we were happy to work with them again. We know that Terry will respond to our questions quickly and thoroughly. Swift provided reasonable and accurate estimates for work, were respectful of our property and time, and we trusted that they would do exactly what they promised to give us the renovation we had dreamed of. We provided Terry a before-and after slide show of our renovation that we hope he is using to showcase their work to prospective clients.

We had a small deck off the back of our house. We installed an above ground pool that did not have deck access. Swift built a customized deck that surrounds the pool. It is huge! They paid attention to every detail, even adding vinyl trim surrounding the pool to keep the wood protected. They always let you know what they're doing and what's coming next. The deck is a couple of levels to keep our dogs off the pool level when needed and we have lots of room. They even designed the stairs with our Great Danes in mind to accommodate their long stride. They are so friendly and do supreme quality work! My husband still jokes that if a tornado actually ever came through, we should just go hold onto the deck! Won't use anyone else for any work on our house! By the way, they did this siding on our house that's in the pictures as well!

The Swift professionals... we're great to work with on a complete kitchen remodel (a couple years back). Complete? Yes. All the walls came down, as the new kitchen included a previous outdoor screened in patio and interior walls from a 40+ year farm house. Their attention to detail in All NEW framing, electrical, plumbing, sheet rocking and "adjusted plans" along the way... made way for custom cabinets with all the "whistles" and they even personally crafted the crown molding to custom fit just right. Their patience, communication consistency... allowed a magazine style kitchen to unfold... which became the focal point of the home when reselling. Thank you Swift team!
