Synergy 3 Construction

Synergy worked on my kitchen remodel in 2020. This year, when doing renovations on an adjoining room to my kitchen, I learned that Synergy had not vented the kitchen properly, allowing the microwave to vent into the wall cavity, not into ducting, and directly into electrical cables. This was a deliberate decision and a safety hazard and directly contradicted what was outlined in the contract. Synergy has not responded when brought to their attention.

In 2019 I hired Synergy 3 to do a first floor renovation for us- they were recommended by Spectrum Kitchens (who I had an excellent experience with) . From the start in the planning stage, customer service was unresponsive to questions and concerns, despite numerous emails and request for info.When the construction began, things were better and I was very happy with the work done and the project manager Don (who has since left Synergy) as he was professional and did excellent work. In 2020 the project ended and there were some things left to be done and it was a challenge to get any communication from Synergy to finish. Things were finally finished in summer 2020 after many emails and calls to follow up.

My husband and I could not have asked for anyone better! We have completed two jobs now with Synergy 3 and already have more in mind. Synergy 3 created a beautiful and functional mudroom for us as our first project together and then a complete kitchen renovation for the second. With both projects we were kept in the know and any questions we had were answered promptly. Synergy 3 takes great care and pride in all their work and no detail is left undone. I appreciated their input and how they treated my home. I never once came home to a mess. They are professional and respectful and treated my home and family as if it was their own.

Its hard to describe the gratitude I have for synergy 3. After a horrible experience with a contractor I was very scared to hire anyone for the fear of being lead astray. Thankfully a very good friend recommended me synergy 3. After one phone call Tony had my hope lifted and I started to think there was hope. Tony arrived at my house and was able to pin point the problems and gave me multiple solutions. That night my wife and I disused the issue and thought why not give it a second go, and we where not disappointed. The job went smoothly, clean and efficient. The team he assemble were great, kind and very thoughtful of our property. The end result was mind blowing and beyond our expectation. We now have a kitchen, bathroom and finished basement we always wanted. The live edge counter was decisively the master piece for our kitchen island . All our guest now want the same counter. Thank you Tony and all your guys that made this a wonderful experience.

This was our first project with Tony and his crew and the experience and results have been well beyond what we had originally hoped for. We needed a deck replaced so we attended three Ottawa Home Shows and met with several contractors. After our deliberations we went with Synergy 3 and they didn't prove us wrong. Throughout the process they worked hard, payed attention to all those "little things" and delivered a deck that impresses all our guest. Now we brag a lot about the end result but the praise goes to Tony and his crew. This was our first project with Synergy 3 and it won't be our last. Wouldn't hesitate to have them back on the job anytime.

Working with Synergy 3 Construction on multiple projects, they display a great amount of knowledge, professionalism and workmanship for each project. Tony is up front, great to work with and very trustworthy, and for those reasons I would highly recommend them for all of your renovation needs.

I was very pleased with David and Tony's professionalism and skill. They performed the work on time and on budget. Upon reflection, I probably should have hired them to do more of my renovation. You CAN trust these guys.

I hired this company to build a deck in backyard. They did an excellent job. Hopefully in the spring they will come back and deal with some grading issues in the back and maybe a walkway in. The front

I have hired many contractors over the years, but none that take as much pride in a project as Synergy. We wanted a kitchen and bathroom renovation and Synergy took us from planning through to the final product. I could not have been happier with the design suggestions that were well thought out along with guidance offered from their in house interior designer. They managed to make my vision come to life! I would highly recommend this company simply for the above; however, the pleasant surprise was they did what they said, when it was supposed to be done with minimal to any disruption to our lives. My husband and I had Tony and his team into look at doing our backyard. We saw him working at our neighbours house and he did an amazing job. He was very professional with us and had beautiful design concepts for our backyard. We will be hiring Synergy 3 Construction in the future.
