Jess and his team did a fantastic job on our condo remodel: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and walls. His design, recommendations, craftsmanship, and work ethic were top notch. Jess is a very nice person, responsive, and very easy to work with. His work is great and the price is very reasonable. Jess and his team at Tampa Bay K&B have our highest recommendation!

Last year Gesy and his team did a complete remodel of our guest bathroom. They did an excellent job. We called him back this year to do our son's bathroom. Again, they did an excellent job. They pay great attention to every detail. Every tile is cut and placed perfectly! The vanity we picked did not line up with the plumbing in the wall and they were able to do some very tight cuts and adjusted the pipes. This remodel was not an easy one, everthinig was a tight fit. We love the outcome! They clean up everyday, no mess left behind. They even put paper over the floor as to not damage it as they walked in and out of our home. I also appreciate their follow up next day to ensure everything is working properly! Next year we plan on remodeling our primary bathroom, we will call Gesy again and get on his schedule, he is worth waiting for!

Jess and his team were extremely professional, accommodating and careful throughout the entire shower project. They covered the carpeted areas in the house with plastic sheets and set up plastic barriers to protect the bedroom from demolition dust. We were also impressed with how clean they left the work area at the end of each day. We live on the fifth floor in a condo; Jess was careful with waterproofing the floors and walls. We love our beautiful sintered stone shower and are extremely happy with their workmanship. We will definitely call on them again for our next project.

We had an amazing experience with Tampa Bay K&B who we hired to remodel two bathrooms, a pantry, and do a few home fixes. Jess Oliveira is an amazing project leader. Jess is friendly and a strong listener. He is a great partner with design choices and communicates consistently on progress. Claude and the other professionals from Tampa Bay K&B did exceptionally skilled work completing the project. Their work was clean, detailed, and efficient. Everything looks fantastic! I have found it difficult to find a remodel company that I felt good about in the past. Tampa Bay K&B Design is the Best! I would give them 6 stars if I could! I had met several contractors to get estimate and ideas for my 2 bathrooms remodel and flooring installation, but no one met my needs, until a restoration guy recommended Tampa Bay K&B Design to me. To be honest I was skeptical at the beginning. But after reading all the awesome positive reviews, I decided to go with this company. Jess was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent times to listen to my plan and took extra time to provide ideas. He provided a detailed breakdown of the renovation process and a fair price. More importantly he was able to start work quick to meet my schedule. Jess was very responsive to every little question along the way during the remodel. He and his team were amazing to work with. I felt safe and comfortable with them as I left my place for them to do their work during the day, and I was always impressed how clean they had kept for the jobsite. Having a Design Contractor company is such a joy. We wanted a seamless look for the GABA with a spa feel. Very tall order. KB comes with top notch execution and craftsmanship so I was able to order any type of material my heart desired. The Sales Rep met with me at the design studio and provided comprehensive feedback on my choices. Truly a team effort. We did floor to ceiling tile, glass pebble shower pan, master shower set up, invisible toilet with sink tank top. Floors are polished concrete. There is no way I would every hire anyone else. Honest, classy, knowledgeable and a joy to have about the property. Good paperwork. I always felt safe about working with them and I very very much appreciate that.

Very professional replacing lighting in kitchen. Jess contacted me immediately and came to do estimate that same day. The crew worked hard and did an amazing job of covering total kitchen with plastic, floors protected all the way down hall to garage. Very pleased, and I would recommend them.

Tampa Bay K&B Design completed a complete remodel of our Master Bathroom and Kitchen. It included layout changes. We ended up going with K&B because Jesse offered ideas no one else gave us The whole team was always very responsive and quick to address any issues we did have and the cabinet manufacturer was great at replacing damaged items. We especially enjoyed working with Paul the Tile installer, Victor the Cabinet installer the electrician and plumber and the other guys who took great care of our projects.

Jess was great! We worked with Tampa Bay K&B Design to remodel a kitchen in a home we recently purchased. He is trustworthy, his prices were fair, he was knowledgeable, responsive and worked quickly. This review is long overdue but better late than never! We had a great experience with Jess and his team! We had reached out to several companies and no one wanted to give us an estimate. They kept leaving it as an open budget! Jess came in and instantly helped us figure out what options we had and gave us a realistic budget. He was very practical and had many helpful suggestions. He helped transform our kitchen which had its difficulties due to it being a home from 1958 into a nice clean functional kitchen optimizing the space. He was a pleasure to work with and his team was always punctual and very hard working. They were quick to adjust to different issues uncovered in the home. The plumbers, electricians, and construction crew were all very friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely use them for projects in the future and recommend them for anyone looking to update/remodel a kitchen.

I can’t speak highly enough of Ges and his team. We had an initial contractor who destroyed our remodel , Ges and his team ( Paul and Claude) came in and had to redo the entire project and it now looks amazing! They paid great attention to detail. They are fair and honest which prior to them I thought was impossible of a local contractor. I can’t thank them enough !

Tampa Bay K&B Design is the Best! We recently completed a large kitchen remodel with them. My husband found Tampa Bay K&Design online and saw their awesome reviews. We gave them a call and Jess came out. He explained the entire remodeling process for us and gave us a detailed pricing breakdown. We knew then that we had found our company. We meet at Innovation Cabinets we loved the showroom Their cabinet designer, Ricardo, helped us create a beautiful cabinet layout and design based on how I wanted to use the kitchen. I cook a lot and this was a HUGE help! We started construction just 3 weeks after going under contract. Jess was my project manager and was very responsive. It was very comforting knowing that I could trust them to do the project correctly. They promptly fixed any little issue that came up. They finished the project on-time and they even credited us back some money because we were under budget on our materials! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Awesome, professional and Honest company. It took a moment to find a company to do a small bathroom remodel, but I was blessed to happen KB Design They make you feel like you are their family, not a customer. The demo team was outstanding, and there was a clean up team that came in after the demo. I have had a lot of remodels, but have never experienced, the clean up after the demolish. This was always done when the job is completed. I really like this company and highly recommend them for fair, professional remodels, done with care, as if it were their own homes. Their prices are competitive and fair. During this time when COVID is the reason for Everything, cost, lack of materials, work delays, disgruntled workers, I made an excellent choice with Tampa Bay K&B. They handle the issues and make it happen, and will not settle for less. I would gladly do it again!!! Thanks Jess and all the guys
