Tarallo Kitchen and Bath, Inc.

This is literally the biggest scam. They steal money, dont place orders, then lie continuously and dont follow up on anything they say. They try and place blame on the manufacturers and anyone else they can. They also claim they cant show proof of the orders, so apparently to them emails, receipts, etc, dont exist. Do yourself a favor and dont use them, otherwise you may as well light your $ on fire.

Please please please stay away from this company !!!! I had my cabinets and counter tops done by them i went in to them on April 1st and made a down payment my order was sent out April 16th I received my cabinets of May 4th and I was told my counter tops will be in the next two weeks well it's been over a month and no countertops I've been calling them twice all I get is a run around I have no choice but take them to court .

Stay away from this dishonest business. In December 2013 I pit down a $10,000 deposit for cabinets to be installed in May 2014. Tarallo never ordered the cabinets but stalled and lied consistently to me and my wife over MONTHS. I finally called the cabinet factory in Ohio in September 2014 and found out nothing had ever been put into production. Tarallo then refused to return my $10,00 so I had to engage an attorney to recover what I consider stolen money.

Stay far away from this company. We hired them in October to provide cabinets and countertops for our kitchen remodel. We received the cabinets in December but it is now February and we still have not received our countertops. We have called twice weekly and are given the run around with no estimate of the countertops availability. We have been forced to use a make shift countertop and sink for far too long.

We love to work with Tarallo Kitchen and Bath. They are not only experts with the design itself, but they are great with the whole project process start to finish. We are just one element that they specify on some of their projects (wood countertops), but we are proud when they do choose to include a wood countertop. And this may be a bit on the casual side for a professional review, but hey, I'll say it. They are just plain fun to work with. Highly recommend Tarallo for a great design and a fabulous experience.
