Creative Kitchen did a great job with our kitchen remodel. They were very easy to work with and very professional. They were responsive to our requests and made sure we were 100% satisfied before closing out the project. I would highly recommend Creative Kitchen!

We completed a kitchen remodel one year ago with CKC, and our kitchen remodel still looks immaculate! We are so thrilled with the beautiful space they created, and we could not believe how well a contractor stuck to the timeline we were originally proposed. Since the project wrapped up, we haven’t had any issues or concerns come up, and I think that speaks a lot to the quality of work done by CKC. They don’t take shortcuts and ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the product. The response time by the owners, office staff and craftsmen is fantastic. They listen to and respect their customers, and it is an unbelievably efficient, organized, and collaborative process. We really enjoyed and trusted all of the people who came to work on our project, and we would endorse CKC to anyone!

We had a wonderful experience getting our kitchen and basement (with wet bar) renovated! Both areas are now far more functional, enjoyable and up to date aesthetically. The team at CKC are fantastic! From reception, design support, operations, and team on site doing the work - all were responsive, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. We stayed on budget and had clear communication throughout to deal with things as they came up during the process. We’ve been living in the spaces a few months now and love them!

After obtaining quotes and discussing options for a new kitchen with other companies, we came across the Creative Kitchen and the many positive reviews, so we decided to give them a visit. We are so glad we did. We replaced all of our kitchen cabinets and counters, as well as adding many new cabinets and counter space, and we are extremely pleased with our new kitchen. Everyone one we worked with from John, Jared, Blady, Will, Aaron, Conner, Trevor, Hannah and Jonetta were extremely professional, caring and willing to help us with very helpful recommendations. We had a couple of small hiccups which were immediately corrected. Our kitchen was completed on budget. We would definitely recommend them! One of the best companies we have ever worked with!

We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen! The Creative Kitchen listened to our ideas and executed them perfectly. When they ran into an issue with a load bearing beam, they lived up to their name and got creative and kept the project moving. Everyone involved was polite and professional. They did such a good job that we had them do our bathroom too!

My wife and I have been wanting to get rid of our old outdated honey oak kitchen cabinets as well as add a backsplash to brighten things up. We went to two local resurfacing companies, the 1st one we went to sat us down in a little room to show us a video of what their company does, etc, and that most kitchen remodels & resurfacing jobs cost around $20k-$50k. It seems like they were trying to soften the blow. So we tell them what they want, they said they were very busy and that they would contact us with a quote in a couple weeks!? We never hear from them again. We then went to The Creative Kitchen Co which is fairly close to our house. We selected our new cabinets from their huge collection of wood types, colors and styles, as well as a huge selection of cabinet pulls, which they have examples in their showroom. We were not sure about the coloring but they were kind enough to order a sample of the specific wood type and finish so that we can take it home and make sure it was what we wanted. Turned out to match our kitchen perfectly! We then scheduled the measuring and they came out shortly there after to measure and gave us a quote the same day! The cabinet/drawer faces and hardware were put on order and when they came in they were able to squeeze us in between their other larger jobs. We are very pleased with the quality of personalized service and the quality of the installation and materials. Its like a brand new kitchen now, and much less than "$20k-50k" estimated from the 1st company. Put your trust in The Creative Kitchen, they will treat you like family!

He was transparent with pricing and I thought was very reasonably priced compared to other companies. The work was high quality and John examined the work himself to ensure it was done to his standard. Overall, just a hood and ethical company who I would be happy to work with again.

We hired Creative Kitchen Company for our kitchen remodel. They were very supportive throughout the entire process - from helping us select designs, finishes, and especially fine-tuning the final product. We had a few hiccups with appliances and they were always so responsive to our concerns and did what they could to get the job done. Their work was high quality and they constantly were making sure we were happy with the work being done. While the renovation did take much longer than they quoted, I think that is pretty typical for projects like this. We love our new kitchen and would recommend to anyone.

They did a great job with quality work and a beautiful final product. They made the design process easy and offered creative ideas. Everyone we worked with was polite and professional and you can tell that each employee really wants to do a good job for you. We had some communication issues throughout, which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I would hire them again.

I had a great experience with the Creative Kitchen Co. My kitchen renovation was fairly minor, but it was treated as though it were a big job. Jared and Jonetta made the process very easy & communicated effectively as we got started and throughout the project. All questions were welcome and answered quickly. It was easy to make special requests and to make decisions about what i would like my kitchen to be when it was all done. The quality of the work is fantastic - every detail taken into consideration. I'm very happy with my kitchen and the extra special care that was taken to make the overall experience great.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. We were in a tight window to complete a full kitchen remodel and they completed it ahead of schedule (one month from demo to completion). The quality of the work is superb. And every person from the demo team to home office was great to work with. We looked at several other contractors (especially the well known large groups in Columbus) and Creative was less expensive, more responsive, and didn't require an absurd retainer for plans. John did whatever he could to keep our cost down and meet the needs of our budget. Trust me- this team is worth a call. My wife and I are extremely satisfied.

The Creative Kitchen Co went above our expectations for our kitchen renovation. We received estimates from a few companies and Jared and his team were extremely professional. We did a complete downstairs renovation, knocking down walls, removing flooring and expanding our kitchen. The real from Creative Kitchen arrived promptly between 7:30am and 8:00am everyday. When hiring Creative Kitchen, everything is done on an app on your phone. It makes it so seamless and transparent when working with the contractors. It shows what the team will be doing day by day, you can directly message the crew chief or owners of the company, and your invoices, estimates,etc, are all archived. We couldn’t say enough about Creative Kitchen. They made our dream kitchen a reality at a reasonable price for the quality and craftsmanship. We appreciated their work so much that we hired them back to do some more projects around the house. From the owners of the company, head contractor, everyday contractors, office staff, everyone was truly amazing to work with. This company has a strong work ethic and the moral fiber to match. Please do not have any hesitations about this company, they are the best in the business.

We had dreamed for years about changing our dark, dated little kitchen and strangely elevated dining room (you had to step up into it!), but couldn’t quite pull together a vision and a plan. We now have a re-imagined space that’s as practical as it is pretty, with lots of flow and charm. (And no one falls out of our dining room anymore, even after a few drinks.) Not only were we very close to the initial quote (upgrades that I requested effected the final price), but we were done on time. The quality is top notch and the team is very respectful, timely and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better remodel!

All the stories you hear about contractors - not with The Creative Kitchen. They did a fantastic job on the major remodel project in our home. Project included reconfigured kitchen (removing walls), building a new laundry room and building a new fireplace and mantle. I highly recommend The Creative Kitchen.

We used Creative Kitchen in March 2017 to remodel our kitchen. 100% satisfaction is what we received! Very detailed in their workmanship and flawless when they were finished. Extremely respectful to our home and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. Even made suggestions of what would look even better. Went beyond just doing the job.......... ..........................They were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone that asked! Never once did they cut a corner or try to just make something work. They are perfectionists from the beginning to the end!

We hired the Creative Kitchen Company to come in and reface our dated oak cabinets, install a glass backsplash, and added a custom pantry. The quality of their work is exceptional. They were such a pleasure to work with. They were on time everyday and were dead on with their ETA to complete the project. They have a great eye for design and held our hand every step of the way. I had multiple companies provide quotes and they were by far the best and worth every penny. I would highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

We met Jared and John from The Creative Kitchen Company at the Feb 2016 Home and Garden show. We loved their kitchen design at the show and enjoyed talking with them. After meeting with a few other companies to discuss our various options, my husband and I decided to hire The Crwative Kitchen Company. From our first meeting through the end of our project, it has been a pleasure working with this group. We love our kitchen now! Our kitchen is small, but with this update we have more storage by getting new, taller cabinets on the top and to save costs we did deface on the bottom cabinets. The team made our ordinary island look beautiful now. We chose Quartz countertops and they are gorgeous. We are very satisfied how our project turned out, and we would definitely recommend this company.

I hired the Creative Kitchen Company to remove the kitchen soffit, get new taller updated top cabinets and reface the bottom cabinets to match because I had nice granite countertops that I wanted to keep. I also needed an island refaced, the doorway to the dining room widened and the half bath updated with new light, vanity, mirror, toilet, etc. From the very beginning, everyone at the company was easy to talk to and accommodating. I felt like they really listened to me and addresses my worries which greatly reduced my anxiety. The price the quoted was very fair. When we got into the project, plumbing was found in the soffit but they were able to move it and my cost did not go up! The crew who worked on the job was really nice, and they did a good job cleaning up. They asked me questions when something wasn't clear and they answered my questions respectfully. I had a leak in the house during the job which was not caused by this company but they came out at 10:00 pm to help me get it stopped. Furthermore, they fixed the problem for me even though it was unrelated to the job and they remained nice and calm through the entire ordeal. Honestly, this is the best company I have hired, and I have hired a lot of them! I highly recommend them! The finished product looks great!

John took our vision and helped perfect it and added some unique details. Everyone we worked with was very professional and trustworthy. The materials used are quality and we are very pleased with them. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Even with a few minor setbacks that delayed the schedule a little bit, John made everything work and got it done in a timely manner. We went out of town at the end of our remodel and the project had to be completed while we were gone, and I wouldn't have left my home open and trusted I would return to a perfect kitchen if we were working with anyone but John and his team.
