Jorge and his crew were very responsive from the initial quote to the final result. While most people like the "new" flat kitchen islands, we wanted a raised bar top. This involved removing the entire granite top, cutting it, reusing a piece of the original granite for the backsplash and then adding a new bartop. Jorge advised using a contrasting color since matching our original granite would be difficult. We are very pleased with the final result and everyone has complimented us. Jorge also suggested covering a half-divider with the same black granite and it looks sensational. He and his team (including 2 sons) were very professional and made sure we were happy with the final job. We are and would recommend The Gallery of Stone.

Jorge Mondragon provides quality workmanship at a very competitive price. Jorge was professional and patient, advising us throughout the project on the few change requests we asked him to do. Jorge let us know which change would not affect our original budget/quote, and a particular change we wanted that would slightly increase the cost. We really appreciated Jorge's excellent customer service and how he managed our expectations. We are absolutely thrilled with the granite kitchen counters installed by The Gallery of Stone installation team (Jorge's two sons). I absolutely recommend this family owned company to anyone considering this type of upgrade.

We ordered a quartz countertop & backsplash for a custom built beverage center. Jorge had a large selection to choose from & we didn't have any problem finding exactly what we needed. Better yet, their service is superb. The quote was right on budget & delivery & installation was done as quoted. We are extremely pleased & satisfied with the Gallery of Stone & doing business with Jorge. We highly recommend them.

I replaced my Fermica countertop with black galaxy granite. They did an outstanding job. The sink that they installed with it is so beautiful that I'm afraid to use it because I might scratch it. Unbelievable quality countertop. They go the extra mile. Do yourself a favor and look at the level 2 granites before looking at the level 1s. It does cost a little more but there is no comparison and you won't regret it. Black galaxy looks so good that sometimes you will find yourself looking at it thinking 'wow' I made a great decision and you have to force yourself to take your mind off of it. It sparkles beautifully. Excellent quality. Would hire over and over again. They go the extra mile to make it exactly like you want. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to make their kitchen have a modern look and feel. Thanks so much!

Re-hired this company after they installed our kitchen granite counter tops, to have them install new cabinets and granite countertops in two bathrooms. George is very nice and helpful and generally good to deal with. His installers on the other hand have something to be desired. The cabinets came from Lowes, with nicks and scratches which I didn't notice until after they were installed. Poor quality drawers. We ordered two cabinet towers which came in with the wrong drawer fronts. The granite installers are rude and sloppy. Did not give me what I asked for, the countertop edge to front of cabinet is not even, one of the back splashes is chiped on the corner, and there is a gouge from where they drilled for the faucets that cannot be repaired. Overall, sloppy work, poor workmanship, rude, and not worth the sixteen grand we spent. Would not recommend them to anyone.

After having a great experience and a very happy customer when we did the kitchen for this client, we were re-hired for bath renovation.
This customer had a very negative encounter with our installers since day one due to the boys leaving the door open and he was very rude and cursed the boys out, creating a tense situation for the next visit. They normally go in and out for tools and minor fabrication adjustments especially when they have to do some cuts on back splashes and small parts.

The nicks and scratches on drawers that he mentioned, were microscopically visible and could’ve been fixed with a special stain-marker for that purpose. He did not want that. So we went ahead and ordered three new drawers and switched them out in order to please him.

We also change all the fronts of the drawers on the two towers after he accepted them in the first place. We brought them in in advance until we had the granite installed so he had them in his house at least for a week previous to installation.

And last but not least, we did a repair on a small gouge near the faucet which was accepted by him and we thought were very good for this black material.

We certainly did everything possible to please this customer but his attitude toward our company made it impossible and the end result was his anger and frustration discharged on this bad review.

Quick with proposed changes, once contract was signed and the templates were made we had our counter tops within ten days. They were professional and courteous wile in our house we are happy with the new look.
