We absolutely love our new flooring! We went with LVP after discussing our options with Matt. He was incredibly knowledgeable on product and we felt very educated after meeting with him. The crew was incredible! So polite and professional. We were quoted the job could take a week to complete but they were done in three days. We are very happy and would recommend to anyone looking to update their flooring!

My husband and I have both agreed that The Good Guys will be our go-to company for any contracting work we ever need. I am so grateful to them for squeezing us in after a plumbing emergency left half of our house unusable about 8 weeks before my due date. The scope of our job included flooring installation, baseboard installation, drywall repair, and painting. Matt, Anna, and the rest of the team did a fantastic job of regularly communicating with us throughout our project and finished the work quickly and professionally. Every single person we worked with from start to finish was so courteous and respectful, which was appreciated since both my husband and I were working from home during the project. We are extremely pleased with the finished product. If you need any work done, give this team a call. They're absolutely amazing.

The Good Guys team was phenomenal to work with. Matt made sure we covered all aspects of our multiple projects. Levi was fantastic overseeing things daily and answering all my questions and I can’t thank Tim and Sergio enough for the attention to detail and going above and beyond. The whole team was always on time and very professional. We can’t wait to work with the Good Guys again on our next home project.

We used GoodGuys for our complete bathroom remodel and they did a great job. The shower in our upstairs master bath was leaking and causing damage to the ceiling below so we decided to go ahead and remodel the bathroom. Matt was very helpful discussing ideas for the new layout and was very helpful choosing tile colors and walking us through the process. Their showroom is very nice with lots of choices. Tim, Levi and the crew were very professional and kept the mess to a minimum treating our home as if it was their own. They kept in constant communication with us as to the progress and any issues that came up. Their crews were very efficient and the whole project took about 5 weeks which was right on time. They wait to get started when they know everything is in place and the crews are ready to go. We really appreciated this as it kept the project moving rather than starting and being delayed because something wasn’t ready. We would definitely use Good Guys again. In fact we will be calling them later this year to replace our floors downstairs.

Terrible customer service. We had MANY issues during our floor and countertop installation, including them flooding our kitchen and never properly repairing the damage. Two months after the job was complete, they put a $1500 charge on our credit card with no warning or balance due notice. Do not recommend.

Comment from The Good Guys:

The customer requested that we remove the charge for re connecting the appliances from the invoice, so we removed that charge and in doing so we did not connect the appliances. After the counter tops were installed the homeowner ran the dishwasher with out proper connection and in doing so flooded his cabinets. Then, he called me saying we flooded it and I reminded him that he had requested that we do not connect the appliances because he didn't want to pay the fee and that he would handle it himself. We tried working with the homeowner. At this point he requested to deal with a manager and I turned it over to our manager, who had our project manager, go over to replace the bottom skin of the cabinets. We replaced it with a thin sheet of plywood and then pointed out that there had been previous damage to these cabinets, but we did replace the bottom. We also gave the homeowner a discount of $549.89.

We had our large area wood floors installed by Good Guys flooring. Our wood floors have crack lines all over. Some of our wood planks are coming off the ground. When you tell this to them, they will do a really bad job of fixing the issue. This is our 3rd house with the wood floors and I have not seen a worse job than this. I will not recommend this company to any one.

Great experience with this company. Joey Sims and crew replace the tile in my kitchen backsplash, fireplace surround, and flooring in my closet. Some coordination was required because I was having a closet installer replace my closet structure. They were able to work around this. I am pleased with the outcome of the work that was done.

We had our kitchen renovated and used cork flooring with another company. Joey Sims and his crew were brought in to replace the cork floors with our existing hardwood floors that ran throughout the rest of our house. The cabinets were installed on top of the original cork flooring. Joey’s crew was able to install the new floors like they were the originals! They had to cut the cork at the cabinet line, and it seemed like there’s no way they could make it look good. But they did and we were so pleased. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them for another project. They were fast and clean and highly-skilled. Joey manages his crew extremely well!!!

We have used Joey Sims at Good Guy Flooring twice. The first time was with an insurance claim. He was very patient and helped walk us through the process. We were so pleased with the outcome that we used Joey again with more flooring. Both times he was careful to find the right products to seal our slab to prevent any water damage to the wood flooring from below. We will definitely use him again when another need arises. Joey is courteous and knowledgeable - truly a good guy. The work was also completed on time. Thanks for a job well done!
