Julie and Mike are the most responsive and engaged contractors we have worked with. After renovating my grandpa's house as well as my husband's first home, Julie and Mike recently helped us remodel our principal bath from Feb - April 2023. From thorough communication to quick problem solving, Julie manages everything with great professionalism while Mike acts as perfectionist extraordinaire making sure every tile is exactly where it should be. Mike also sees issues as they arise and the couple does a great job explaining different paths we can take to pivot if needed. We are thankful we employed this duo. They do their job well!

We cannot recommend Greenville Remodeling and Restoration highly enough! Julie and Michael bring vision and decades of experience to their work. They transformed our unfinished walk-out basement/garage into a magical living space with open rooms for family gatherings, an art studio, a small office, storage closets, and a half-bath. We appreciated their professionalism, clear communication, and talent. Their subcontractors were always professional and detail-oriented as well. We also appreciated receiving invoices as each stage of the project unfolded, helping us to budget and plan. We went slightly over the initial budget for the scope of the project, but that was primarily because of choices we made to upgrade items or add a few things as we went along. We are beyond thrilled with the result and enjoying our wonderful new spaces every day. In addition to being superb contractors, Julie and Michael are very fine humans, and we have been grateful to get to know them through this experience.

Julie and Mike did a beautiful job renovating our kitchen. They are talented professionals and were truly a joy to work with. Julie listened to my design ideas and helped turn them into a workable plan that fit our style and budget. She is very organized, responsive and kept us informed throughout the project. Michael is an amazing problem solver and craftsman. Their standards of quality and attention to detail ensured everything was perfect and met our expectations. We are thrilled with the result. They are a wonderful, talented team whom we would trust and recommend to anyone.

Julie and Mike are very professional in both their work ethics and in their handling of the COVID19 issues we have all be facing. I hired them to complete a basic unfinished basement. We went from bare bones to a 1500+ sq ft finished basement. The scope of the work was large and included such items as: moving HVAC (wires, ducts etc), additional electric outlets, plumbing (hook ups), frame out, installing a new window, trim out, doors both standard and barn and painting. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Julie and Michael were great to work with. I contacted them about renovating the full bath in my 1950s Craftsman home. They were very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, including working through the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. I had a lot of questions about what to expect (my first major renovation project), and they were great about presenting solutions and offering ideas. They were also accommodating: I wanted to do the demo, select/purchase the finishes, install some of the plumbing, etc. They were great throughout, and weren't pushy about using specific suppliers. They are also extremely communicative, which helped resolve potential issues as they came up, including floor joists that weren't level, an outdated plumbing stack that needed to be replaced, and a tub that arrived with an unsatisfactory finish. They turned a drab, dingy, outdated bathroom into a clean and better utilized space. (Photos show after/during/before.)

Another contractor left me high and dry with mistakes in construction and an unfinished house. These two worked hard, promptly, and within my budget! They had it right! It was a full rebuild - including a roof! Julie responded to my questions patiently, and Mike came up with good fixes. They saved the day and I am forever grateful.

Mike and Julie are terrific! Professional. Very good with communications (with both good news and any issues, as well as timing of the project). They have remodeled 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms for us (two different properties), as well as painting, carpentry work, tile work, etc. over the last 11 years. If anything goes wrong, they will step in to correct the problem. We will miss them, as they move across the country!

Team Aguirre has completed several projects for us. On one occasion they not only added a bay window to our dark living room, opening it to a gorgeous view of our wooded property, but they completed it on a tight deadline, mostly in the rain! At the same time they detected a problem with an existing deck that was a safety issue and took care of that as well. We have been very happy with the Aguirre's work; they are skilled and creative in their work, have an excellent work ethic and are pleasant to work with. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.
