Another job completed -- on a tight timeframe -- from ResDoc. We had a roof leak bringing water into our dining room, so they had to replace framing, insulation, sheetrock and trim, as well as install a brand-new wood floor. High quality work at a very reasonable price. Thanks, Greg and team!

Excellent work… crew cleans up after the job. The tile guys were so careful not to beak to many pieces. So happy they were able to save most. My bathroom looks new.. Amazing paint job. The Residence Doctor’s crew were professional & very knowledgeable about their work. It was a pleasure to have them doing our master bathroom renovation and painting our master bedroom & powder room. We had a leak in our MBR shower therefore shower was demolished down to studs. Plumbing was rerouted to give better access to turn on faucet, installed cultured marble walls & tile floor. A frameless glass door & walls were added to complete shower. Cabinets & walls were painted & frame added around mirrors. Bathroom tile removed and new floor tile added. We would recommend The Residence Doctor to anyone wanting to do renovations!

Had a stucco “failure” near a roof valley that would have allowed significant water penetration into the house. The defect was noticed early afternoon. A storm was forecast the next afternoon. Called RD to see if they could temporarily seal it up before the storm. They came out about an hour after the call, said they could start the temp fix in about an hour. They gathered the supplies, to include matching shingles, and by sundown had patched it to near completion. The next morning they were back, completed the repair and painted, four hours before the rain! They also crawled all over my roof and did maintenance. Awesome all the way around!

I am always pleased with the work and the personal service from the Residence Doctor. My recent project was outside painting, power washing, caulking, staining, etc. The painters were here for 3 days and always arrived on time and helped with paint selection and other questions. I can depend on excellent work and personal attention every time the Residence Doctor comes to my home for a new project.

Very satisfied with the home improvement project completed by Residence Doctor. Greg came for an in-home consultation, discussed options with me and provided an estimate for several possible projects. I decided to replace the existing carpet (in bedrooms and office area) with porcelain tile with a wood look finish. When I had trouble selecting the tile to be used, he brought several tile samples for me to consider and later brought a box of the tile I had tentatively selected so I could see several tile laid out next to each other. He also agreed that the job could be done in 2 stages so my home was more habitable and I had a bedroom to use (rather than camping out on the sofa for days.) The tile installer did an excellent job and cleaned up when the job wads finished. I can recommend Residence Doctor with no reservations. In fact I am considering some minor bathroom updates (such as replacing counter tops and basins), perhaps next year.
