I cannot say enough good things about my Kitchen/Powder Room/Entry remodel from Thompson Price. From the first visit to the final walk through, the experience was truly incredible. Less than 3 months I had a beautiful transformation. My Designer(s), Leahanne, TJ and Veronica were creative and provided knowledge of each step of the process. The contractor (General-Bill, Plumbing-Kevin, Electric-Dan, Tile-Craig/Tody, RCF Paint-Josh) was professional, reliable and efficient with their years if experience. I trusted each of these professionals with the care they brought to my remodel. I told them all I feel like Cinderella with the results! The best choice with my home remodel was with Thompson Price. I loved working with the design team at Thompson Price. Everyone was so friendly and patient, and they took the time to walk me through every step of the process. Their transparent pricing helped us stay on budget, and the final master bathroom is absolutely beautiful. Best of all, they created a wheelchair-accessible design that feels both functional and stunning. I am truly in love with the results.

Major master bathroom remodel: sub-standard framing and substrate installation. The tile had major deviations in grout spaces, with chipping of tiles. Additionally, the shower floor tiles did not adhere to base. The net result was a complete tear out of their work and another construction company was hired to re-do the project. We do not under any circumstances recommend this company.

The team at Thompson Price has been great to work with over the past decade. Their installers and designers have a great deal of experience on how to add radiant heating solutions to any home. They have always been great about keeping in touch with us on ongoing projects and where we can collaborate on something. We hired this company to remodel our basement and stairwell. They over promised and under delivered. They worked only a few days a week and after the project was two months overdue, they stopped working all together. They demanded money for labor that was not owed and hired out the tiling to a subpar subcontractor. Buyer Beware, do not hire!
