Top Builders was hired to build and install a custom counter and bar area in a coffeehouse/bakery that will be opened in April, 2018 in Utica, IL. The final product looks amazing. Tom spoke of his experience with quartz countertops and the quality of the final product. Because of his previous work and photos of the quartz tops he installed, the decision was made to go with a black quartz over a white beadboard base. He worked with vague plans that were provided and suggested/designed many of the features of the counters himself, such as the cabinet doors. Tom was more than professional during the entire process. He answered the phone when the initial inquiry was made. Then, he arrived early for our first meeting, gave a reasonable quote, and finished the project on time. Most importantly, he was neat, clean, organized, and did not leave a mess when the job was complete. Top Builders is a quality company for your building and remodeling needs. I would highly recommend Tom, and have recommended him to several friends, for any project, residential or commercial.

Top Builders is a top notch company. We had our bathroom remodeled and are very pleased with the work done. Tom came to our house, listened to our expectations and delivered. Above and beyond. Top Builders were recommended to us as the best available installer for new Quartz kitchen counter tops that we purchased. They came to our home, measured up the tops for accuracy, found and corrected mistakes in the template and then delivered and installed the counter tops exceeding our expectations for quality of the installation. They also made recommendations for faucets and filters that we ended up using much to our satisfaction. Great work, timely and excellent to communicate with during the entire project. We will use Top Builders for all our future home projects.

Top Builders did a great job remodeling my small bathroom. They tiled, patched drywall, painted and installed new vanity, mirror and lights. I was very satisfied with their work and their work was top quality and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

Tom Trump and his crew work very curtious and quickly to get your job done right and, most of all, to your satisfaction. He's that type of contractor who's phone is always ringing with repeat custumers wanting him to come back and do more. He also has an excellent ability to look ahead on the job to foresee any problems that the custumers hadn't counted on. My wife and I had him do a small job in our basement, and we were so impressed that we kept there to completely finish our whole basement. He put in a beautifull kitchen and a complete full bathroom. We were VERY HAPPY. And he does it all, plumbing, electrical, install cabinets and is excellent at trim work, roofing, siding, you name it. He also can help you with hard to find problems, like leaks in your roof, etc. We now have him building a 600 sq. ft. Deck and 4 season sunroom. I can't say enough good about him! You'll be hooked!

I have had work done by Top Builders numerous times, with the latest being in my kitchen. Tom installed roll-out shelving in my cabinets. He made these and they are of a much better quality than the ready made ones. He also installed my window blinds. Tom is very trustworthy, knowledgeable and gets the work done in a timely manner. My husband had fallen and shattered his ankle and tore the ligaments in his right leg and had to be admitted to rehab. There was no way he could be released to come home until we made some improvements to our house. Our home is two stories and the only full bath we had was upstairs. We either had to make our tiny half bath downstairs into a full bath or he would have to remain in rehab for 3 months or longer because he is unable to put any weight on that foot. Anyone who has ever had to deal with contractors know it's hard to find one who is willing and able to work within YOUR time frame. I was fortunate that on my first call, I contracted Tom Trump president of Top Builders. He was actually ice fishing in Wisconsin when he answered the phone. Two days later he came to look at the problem and two days after brought me the estimate.. I gave him total freedom stressing that I only required a working shower/tub and toilet and he could do the rest anyway he wanted to. Knowing we were on a short time schedule, Tom worked diligently to complete the bathroom. He was always here when he said he would be, always had good workers with him when necessary, and completed this job in time for my husband to come home. My bathroom is beautifully done with quality materials and surpasses what I had hoped for. I can't tell you enough how grateful I am to have had him as a contractor. My husband was amazed at the work he accomplished, and he is also glad he has been able to spend the last month at home. He has about three more weeks before he can hopefully start putting weight on that foot but at least he is healing in the comfort of his own home.

Top Builders is a small construction business known for his friendly and professional service in his local area. They make sure you have everything you asked for before they officially finish the project. Last year he gave one of my houses a complete bathroom remodel. Recently we hired him for an interior remodel for another home. Great, friendly service!
