Detail-oriented and careful, he is committed to high-quality craftsmanship and therefore does not rush a project just to get it done and move on. Very good communication skills. Honest. Reliable. Great at problem solving — especially when it comes to fixing mistakes by previous contractors! He has done two bathroom make overs for us, in addition to window replacement (including skylights), roof repairs and outdoor vinyl fencing. He has also resolved a difficult, long-standing plumbing issue in one bathroom and redone some custom cabinetry for us. Very fair pricing. Something else to consider: Thiago took extensive measures to protect us and his assistants while they were working in our home during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Total Transformation is one of the best construction crews I have ever worked with. Thiago and his crew have done several projects for me and the person I work for. For me he remodeled an apartment in New York, repaired and refinished my deck, completed some smaller projects and is in the process of remodeling my bathroom. For the person I work for, he installed skylights, new windows and remodeled the bathroom. The prices are fair and the work is outstanding. I highly recommend them.
