Tri-City Remodeling & Nowak Cabinets

We are very pleased with the updates made to our upstairs (75 year old) bathroom. We replaced the tub, tile surround, and shower fixtures as well as the sink faucet and the toilet. There was also a new tiled floor installed. The workmen were efficient, courteous, and made every attempt to control any dust. They also cleaned the work space as much as possible before leaving at the end of the day.

Enlarged my garage. The exterior fits the architecture of my home. The workmen were wonderful, professional and friendly. Work site cleaned up everyday. Couldn't be happier.

We previously hired Tri-City Remodeling to remodel a portion of our basement for us, We are so impressed and happy with how that turned out, we naturally turned to them when we were ready to remodel our master and hall bathrooms. I’ve hired Tri-City for several jobs in the house including a main bath and basement remodel. They do good quality work and are attentive to every detail. At the end of each work day they cleanup completely and treat the rest of the house with respect. They help you craft the design of the project and stay within your budget. We initially selected Tri-City Remodeling to remodel our guest bathroom. They did such a nice job and were so easy to work with, we selected them to do a complete home make-over, including all trim work and doors in the house, the prep work on all the floors, some insulation work, some structural repairs, the powder room, and the complete gut and redisign of our kitchen. Brandon, the project manager, and Hali, the designer asked questions and actually LISTENED to our responses until we were all on the same page. The quality of work, flexibility, integrity (doing what they said, in the time frame they had agreed to), and general collaborative attitude were excellent! Remodeling of kitchen; including lighting, dry wall, other electrical, painting, installation of granite counter tops and backsplash, sink and corresponding hardware. Also installation of a handrail and mirror. Working with Tri City Remodeling was a pleasure. Accurate estimates were provided. Work promised was completed in a timely fashion, with consideration for my needs and wants. Workmanship was excellent, Business relationship was professional.

Hali is very knowledgable and friendly, but not pushy. She listened carefully to our preferences and uncertainties. She then provided several alternatives and discussed the pros and cons of various options. Hali was very conscience of our budget constraints and pursued the "best value" option. She is very knowledgable about kitchen cabinetry and flooring materials. Her detailed drawings and "real life" artist renderings were extremely helpful. Tri City Remodeling replaced our roof a few years ago. Not only was their workmanship excellent, they completed the job in less than the estimated time and charged less than the maximum estimated amount. They were also easy to work with.
