We recently had our master bath renovated by Joe and his team at Tri County out of Medford! Mark was the General Contractor on our project and was excellent! He was always available and checked in on his team constantly. Every subcontractor was respectful, friendly and super knowledgeable. Our bathroom is beyond gorgeous. They also repainted our master bedroom and it blends beautifully with our bathroom! Highly recommend!

Built our home so that we can live out our years of life here - wide doorways with no thresholds - just a seamless main floor one room to another on wide plank wood floor throughout; and custom tile in baths. Master Bathroom has a no-door roll in large shower. Several areas have pocket doors to save utilize space better in the rooms. Area around the kitchen island is wide enough for easy access to all appliances and kitchen table. Great room is large and easy to enter from several ways. Entrances from the back porch to the kitchen or sunroom have no steps - simple roll in, and front door entry is wide with large area to enter. Each room has separate heat/cooling thermostat for both comfort and efficiency. Second floor is ready to finish if needed in future. Love this home....

We contracted with TCD for a Kitchen/First Floor rennovation project involving a complete gut, 1st floor reconfiguration and many other updates and details through out our house. The project included electrical upgrades, plumbing additions/changes, HVAC, a unique folding window and some exterior modifcations to accomodate a new patio. After issues with prior contractors over the years, we took our time evaluating many firms - large and small. After hiring TCD, we kept a (very) close eye on the work, workmanship and construction details - we've been burned in the past by contractors. I can say that our experience in working with TCD was beyond stellar...we could not be happier with the end result. We started the planning process with Ron Buzetta, an expert in design and constuction. Ron is true professional and his decades of design and contracting experience is obvious. Ron truly cares about his customers, was always available,super responsive and engaged from beginning to end on even the smallest details. Like with any complicated construction project, issues and delays are inevitable, especially during a pandemic. When they did come up, adressed quickly, thanks to Ken (TCD principal), Ron and his team. Early on, we had a "personality issue" with one absolute jerk employee - issue was immediatly and professionally addressed by Ron and Ken. During the project we requested several add-ons (Trim, Sliding Door, Paint, Electical) which were quoted quickly and at a fair, reasonable price. Our lead carpenter Tim, a skilled finish carpenter and a great guy, was trustworthy, caring and always looking to exceed expections. (Thank you Tim!). All subs were responsive, professional and just plain great to work with. When callbacks were required, these guys were right on it. We'll hire TCD back for our next project and highly recommend them.

Time for a real review. Have a list of about 28 things they did wrong or left incorrect. Happy to list them all out if Tri-Crappy, I mean County wants us to. In the end, they missed the completion deadline, charged us more than what it was supposed to cost, and left us with an end product that is either wrong, incomplete, or not done to our liking in at least a couple dozen different aspects. Shortcuts, poor workmanship, nearly non-existent communication & quality control, simply doing things the way they want to do them, not the way we asked them to be done or something different from what we asked for are the theme with Tri-County. They botched every aspect of the job, didn't listen to the selections we made, ordered the wrong things, and too many things because they are careless and don't care. Just one example, despite my requests not to, to save them about $4, they used an exterior exhaust hood without a backdraft damper, now we have outside air pouring in through our range hood raising our heating an cooling costs every single month indefinitely. And if all that isn't enough, some of their employees are worse than unprofessional, they're rude, disrespectful, unhinged, and clearly in a job they have no business being in.

I knew this was the right choice from the moment they came to assess the house and had the entire team with them - plumbers, electricians, builders, etc. Every person that worked on this project was kind, respectful, and really good at their jobs, let alone I felt safe with them as I worked from home alone throughout construction. I knew they were doing everything possible to get the job done right and as quickly as possible, given uncontrollable environmental delays. True professionals that I highly recommend.

I saw the sign for this company on someone’s lawn and decided to call them. Joe Quinn called me back within 24 hours and we discussed the project. He is without a doubt the best contractor I have ever worked with. He’s very professional , trustworthy, and punctual. When he says he will be there, he’s there. His people work quickly and they clean up. When one team has done their job the next team moves in and so on. They are getting the job done very quickly and professionally, an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Tri-County Development

Tri-County has completed several projects for me. They've installed a replacement deck and now overseen installation of replacement garage doors. They are first rate: prompt, professional, helpful and courteous. You can't go wrong with their professionalism. Their work and work product are outstanding.

Tri County did a great job on our basement remodel! Ken was very responsive to all of our questions and sent guys the next day if we had a request. We would definitely recommend them.

If it were possible to give 10 stars I would. I’m not sure where to start with this review. It all started with my first meeting with Ken and talking about what I wanted to do with my kitchen. Contract signed - Work began. So first the crew - Wow. They were awesome. And they cleaned up every night. They came every day. They didn’t stop until it was done. Ron was my project manager and I can’t say enough about him. The house looks beautiful and certainly more than I expected. The vendors that I was sent to pick out things were so helpful. Redoing a kitchen can be overwhelming but they took all of that off of me. Lastly Ken. I can not say enough about this guy. Honest and he truly cares about his clients. He even checks in to make sure your happy with everything as it is going along. Thank you Ken and the entire crew. I love what you have done for me. Tri county is now my ONLY contractor for whatever job needs to be done.

Recently I drove my car through our garage door causing structural damage to the wall as well as destroying the door. To make matters worse, we had just sold our house and the closing is April 30, 2018. I was desperate for help. I made quite a few calls without success. My realtor had suggested Tri County and I hesitated, because after looking at their website I felt my job would be too small. I called, explained my situation to Ken Konopka, and he said "I want to help you". He came to my home that day because he happened to be in the area. He gave me an estimate the following day and they started the repair work as soon as the weather cooperated. The job was completed last week with time to spare before our closing on Monday. There are not enough words to describe my experience with this wonderful company and their employees. Everyone did an excellent job and they were respectful and courteous at all time. I will be forever grateful to Ken and Tri County Development Group.

My husband and I are so happy with the renovations and addition to our home which were completed December 2017. Ken and his crew from Tri County Development demonstrated professionalism and dedication to completing all aspects of this very large project according to a high standard of quality. All of the contractors chosen for the required work were extremely professional, respectful, and thorough. The contractors even cleaned up their work areas at the end of each day. In addition, Ken and his foreman worked very closely with our architect in order to overcome some obstacles they encountered during demo and construction. When we did request changes or additional work to the original plan, Ken and his team were very flexible and open to our ideas and accommodated our requests. Communication was always open and all are inquiries were addressed in an expedient manner. Another impressive aspect of working with Tri County was the initial budget spreadsheet they create at the onset of a project. This was an extremely helpful and transparent break down of all labor and materials costs and guided us throughout the project. We were very pleased and impressed that the project was completed within the estimated time frame and cost. Overall, we would definitely recommend and hire Tri County Development Group again.
