True Leaf team did an incredible job remodeling our kitchen. The design process was smooth (even with multiple iterations), demo was professional and kept clean, install was quick and efficient, and the result was amazing! Highly recommend True Leaf if you are planning a kitchen project.

Jim and his team helped us design and re-build a new kitchen and three bathrooms. They did a fantastic job with the design on all projects, worked hard to complete the construction as quickly as possible and were friendly and cooperative to work with throughout. We would highly recommend TrueLeaf Kitchens!

There seems to be a lot of good reviews here on them, but my experience was absolutely awful and can’t imagine they ever do good work. We had them do 3 bathrooms for us and regret it completely. It started with the estimate which was completely understated just to get the job, then they charge you for going over your allocation unless you pick the cheapest materials possible. Then they charge you a $5,000 design fee and Jim admitted his designer had zero experience and it actually costs us during the job. Then the quality of work is awful. We had to have them redo tile multiple times and it was clear their guy didn’t care at all as they chipped out tiles and then just put back the chipped tiles again. When we said we wouldn’t have the same tile guys do our master, Jim made a bit deal he had to hire ‘expensive’ tile guys for it. Fully admitting the guys who did the first two bathrooms had no idea what they were doing. This was also when Jim came over and told me he wasn’t making enough money off of me. They also mismeasured multiple times throughout on simple items like centering vanities and tubs which had to be redone several times. The other thing is they refuse to give you invoices from companies they use, because they overcharge you hugely for each item you use. I could go on and on about how bad this experience was, and I haven’t even mentioned how sloppy and dirty the guys were, leaving garbage, stains and tools everywhere. Please think twice before hiring them. They don’t care, they are sloppy and the quality of work is awful. Happy to discuss if anyone wants to hear more because there is a lot more.

Our experience of renovating our kitchen with TrueLeaf was a pleasure from inception to completion. Everyone we worked with at TrueLeaf treated us professionally and patiently at every turn; it was clear from the start that they all genuinely cared about ensuring a successful outcome to the project. We never felt rushed, pressured, or at odds with anyone at any point, which in retrospect feels like a miracle in itself--all the renovation horror stories that haunted us at the outset did not apply at all to our experience with TrueLeaf. We definitely plan to work with TrueLeaf on future renovation projects and recommend them highly.

We chose TrueLeaf for a major kitchen and bath remodel in 2011 when Jim was newly back in the area. We had no idea what we were doing but luckily Jim and his team did. We received excellent design advice and Jim went to great lengths personally to assist us with selections and even arranged for us to donate our old kitchen fixtures and appliances. During construction TrueLeaf took pains to stay on schedule, minimize disruption and address any issues to make sure the job was done well -- and now, years later, we still love our kitchen. More impressive, we have had two minor issues that arose recently with parts that failed -- a water line to the icemaker and a thermostat. Although neither was TrueLeaf's fault and both happened long after any warranty period, we were thrilled that TrueLeaf jumped right on the problems and helped us resolve them. Great expertise, great product, great followup and support.

In the last 16 years, we've done 3 full kitchen renovations and TrueLeaf provided the best service. Their attention to detail and prompt action really made the process seamless. My husband and I hired TrueLeaf to renovate the kitchen in our home. They all did a fantastic job! The wall was removed from the dining room, the ceiling raised and the doorway moved and enlarged to our family room. They had a worksheet and followed it diligently. We love our new kitchen!!

Sandy and the True Leaf team made this project easy to take on. Sandy gave the project direction, from both a design and constructions perspective. She helped us find a great style direction and painted a picture of what we were working towards. That alone is noteworthy. Then Sandy brought to bear all the necessary resources ( contractors, fixture selections, furniture selections, etc) to deliver the project in entirety. She and her contractors worked hard to minimize the disruption that comes when you replace a kitchen. The net outcome is a beautiful kitchen that we love to be in, and are very proud of. Outstanding job.

We met Jim in 2015 and started to plan our kitchen renovation. Like many home owners we were very nervous about the whole reno process. Jim took the time to explain the process and came up with great design ideas. He and his team showed real professionalism and listened and accommodated all our needs. We are very happy with Jim’s design ideas. Not only he renovated and gave us a brand new kitchen, he truly transformed our home into one of a kind.
