We engaged Twin A to do a major remodeling project for our penthouse condo in Naples. It consisted of remodeling 4 bathrooms, the master bedroom and closet, and some other smaller projects. Craig and his team were a true pleasure to work with at all stages of the project. Their work was very professional and of the highest quality. We were gone for much of the work, and we never had any concern about security or care for our place. They utilize a very good web based project system that kept us up to date on its status and handled communications and changes efficiently. They were very good at getting back to us for any issues or concerns. The project was priced fairly, and work was done in a reasonably timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Major renovation projects always have a surprise, some unplanned event, or even a disappointment with some aspect of the effort. But in the end, it's always about who stands behind their work, their word and their reputation. To that end, my wife and I could not be happier with the end result of our remodel that was fairly extensive in design and cost. After having done 4 major renovation projects over the years, I can honestly say that Craig was the best general contractor that we have worked with. His attention to detail, his calm demeanor when issues came up (and they always do), and the qualify of his work was second to none. Craig and his team are in a league of their own. Contractor provided services to completely renovated kitchen, laundry room and on-suite bathroom. He also coordinate complete floor replacement. Most of the work was done during owner being absent from work site. As a result contractor worked with project design person and hired and coordinated all sub trades. All work was done on a timely basis and done very professionally as well. I would recommend Twin A for similar renovation projects. Craig Oswald, contractor principal, was great to work with and always responded on a timely basis.

I felt very comfortable with your approach and your communication throughout the process. It was a very good decision on my part to contact Rita when I did to get a referral and even better decision to follow up on that referral. I have no reason to think the other contractor who looked at the project, would not have performed well, but with the referral to you from someone I have known all my life to be a real estate professional in your community, my personal comfort level was considerably higher given my inability to be there to observe the project underway. This letter is written to express out high regard for Twin A. We have had several residential projects completed by Twin A and couldn't be more pleased with their work. They are punctual, polite, clean, complete and accurate. We would high recommend them for any project. We had our "Run-ins" with other GC's on previous occasions and we were left with a sour taste.
