Just had our new kitchen completed. Everything was well orchestrated with the tradesmen, plumbers, electrician, plasterers, fitters and flooring ect.Very professional, helpful and friendly. He made it so easy for us to choose our new kitchen.

Reza and his team remodeled our kitchen, family room and deck. Me and my wife were looking to make some upgrades to the exterior and our backyard with summer being around the corner and did not have that many ideas and were looking for professional to help us and give us some consolations to what can be done that will make my backyard ready for the summer. The previous design for my bathroom on my main floor had too many flaws making it very difficult to walk around it when me and and my had to get ready for work in the morning. I mean you can’t be really surprised because my house is in Seattle, WA, however I knew that there was something that could be done so that my bathroom could be more open and functional. I had a house additional project and was looking to build another floor on top of the one I currently had. My house is located in Sammamish, WA and after meeting Reza with my husband, he recommend that we expand outwards, which we did and are so happy with results. We added a master bedroom which me and husband moved to and turned our old bedroom into a guest room. The team at Unique were one of the most professionals people I have ever gotten to know. I was looking for a contractor to fully remodel the house I recently moved into. The plan was to remodel the kitchen, bath, new flooring, paint, and remove a load bearing wall in order to open up my kitchen-living space. Reza was a pleasure with from day one. He was super communicative, always happy to address any questions I had, and make sure I was satisfied. My husband and I bought a great home, with a slightly odd layout and need of a little updating. The project was a big one for us, but we could not be happier with the result. Mike and his crew created new doorways, reworked HVAC and electrical, put up new walls, and transformed the house so that it makes sense for us and our family. Most notably, their attention to detail meant the changes to the layout seemed like they were original to the house. No one would walk in and think that this wasn't how the house was built. The house is still unique, but it makes sense for our family now--without losing its charm. Mike's foreman, Leo, is a real gem, who cared so much about our satisfaction throughout and paid attention to even the smallest details. (Thanks Leo!) Our hand scraped hardwood floors throughout were a major undertaking, but they couldn't have turned out better, and the quality of the work really shows. The quartz countertops and marble backsplash gave me my dream kitchen. And the painters were diligent, and corrected issues without us having to point them out (or even notice the problem). Mike cared about delivering the quality product we wanted. We are saving up for our next project and will call Mike again. We trust it will be done right, and on budget.

We hired Unique Construction to renovate our newly purchased condo. As this was a condo, the renovation team had some restrictions on hours, cleaning of the common area, and where to park or pick up. The team worked closely with the HOA office to follow the rules and minimize the disruption for our neighbors. Reza was accessible via text, call, or in-person meetings and I appreciated this as I was focused on the design mostly during the weekends. He has a good group of people working with him. Jose is very nice and a good handyman. The hardwood and carpet vendors were very polite and had good options at reasonable prices.

By reappropriating already existing space, the add on became much smaller, reducing the cost and time of the build by over half! I highly recommend Reza for your design and build needs. I started with a different contractor for laminate installation for my second home. Unfortunately, the work was grossly unsatisfactory and I had to let go of that contractor midway. Thereafter, started work with Reza from Unique Home Construction. Since we were at our vacation home only for a few days, we had a set deadline for finishing the work. When my wife and I decided to renovate our kitchen, bathroom and other parts of our house, we set out to find someone who could capture our style (which is a bit unorthodox), provide high quality craftsmanship and do so within our budget expectations. UNIQUE Home Construction absolutely delivered. As my wife and I started the process, we were fortunate that we share a common design aesthetic—sort of a fusion of Mid-Century Modern and European Modern. We, however, were also aware that this style is not that common in Seattle. As we met with other design and build companies, many struggled to grasp the design elements that we sought and often re-directed us to more traditional “lines,” cabinetry, fixtures and colors. However, after meeting Reza and seeing his portfolio of work, we thought that UNIQUE Home Construction would be able to capture the “look” we wanted. Our confidence was absolutely rewarded. Reza, our designer at UNIQUE Home Construction , did a perfect job fusing our ideas together into a cohesive design that not only is beautiful, but also practical in its layout and space optimization. Worst contractor I have ever hired. Sloppy work and left materials and supplies all over my home and yard. Reza raised the price after my bathroom was demoed and laying in my yard. He also posted my name and project without my permission on social media. His workers went through my basement for extra buckets when I wasn't home, never cleaning them or even apologizing for going through an area with out reason or permission.

I have seen Reza and his team with UNIQUE bring multiple run down Seattle homes back to life and it is a wonderful sight to behold every time. While modern home designs can be boxy and plain, Reza transforms compartmentalized 1900"s+ homes into open functional designer spaces, with the occasional whimsical feature all the while preserving the soul of the original home.
