I strongly urge you to explore alternative options before considering this particular company. My encounter with Craig, the individual overseeing the process, transformed what should have been a straightforward transaction into a needlessly arduous ordeal. (1) Initially, we were required to provide a $500 deposit for a home visit to take measurements. Despite having the exact SKUs and measurements readily available, we were inexplicably compelled to make an additional trip to their so-called "showroom." This redundancy felt unnecessary and inefficient. (2) Throughout the entire process, communication was severely lacking. Attempts to reach out for updates were met with apparent annoyance on Craig's part, as evidenced by his dismissive responses and the display of a complete absence of customer service skills. Statements like "that's not how cabinets work" only added to the frustration. (3) The installation appointment, when finally scheduled (late) proved to be another source of disappointment. The installation team arrived without the necessary hardware, prompting a call to Craig for clarification. It was disconcerting that I had to take the initiative to inquire about the missing components, and Craig's response, claiming ignorance and stating, "I don't know, I'm not the person who orders stuff," was both unhelpful and unprofessional. (4) Adding to the litany of frustrations, the pricing for the installation kept fluctuating during the order process. Craig's explanation, asserting that "this isn't a large order, so we need to incentivize the crew to do the actual installation," seemed arbitrary and left us feeling like our project was being treated with less importance than others. Furthermore, the request to proceed without a formal contract was simply perplexing. In any business transaction, having a clear and binding agreement is fundamental, and Craig's suggestion to bypass this standard practice was both unusual and concerning. (5) The actual installation was subpar. They scratched our ceiling and the doors would not open all the way. They clearly saw this and left the site regardless.To reiterate, they left our site saying the work was completed when the doors would not fully open. I had to call the supervisor who had them come back. Even after this, the doors were uneven, they left damage and cracks in the corner bases and our ceiling scratched. (6) They were scheduled to arrive at 9am days later to fix the damage but did not show up until 12:45PM and still not all the damage has been fixed. The worst part of this was interacting with Craig who was totally indifferent, took no ownership and lacks basic customer service skills.

We just signed our contract with USA Cabinet Store after interviewing many kitchen remodelers. Both designers, Helen and David, their manager, Hamit, and the project site manager. Murat, were extremely detailed and knowledgeable about their products. They provided excellent designs, caught errors on appliance selections, were conscientious and insightful. They allowed for numerous changes and let us know when our choices might be above our budget requests. We appreciated their patience and humor. It’s refreshing to find a company that adheres to permits, timelines and professional courtesy. We can’t wait to see our final project. It’s been fun to see the excitement of the professionals for our small project.

After obtaining some silly quotes to remodel and upgrade our kitchen we found USA Cabinet. In the store we were greeted by Tony who was very helpful in getting us the exact design we were looking for. The price for the complete job was half the amount we were expecting. The work was completed to a high standard we could not be any happier with the end result.

I needed design help for my kitchen & 2 baths renovation project. Designers David and Anna in the Merrifield office took my preliminary design and added a few key improvements that I hadn't thought of. These expert touches greatly improved the usability of the rooms. The software, part libraries, and large displays that USA Cabinet Store provides for their designers made working through the design choices very easy and we arrived at final versions of each room in a few hours. I left with 3D CAD and dimension drawings to show my general contractor. I bought Wolf cabinets, Kohler sinks & faucets, and quartz countertops from USA Cabinet Store. Everything arrived as planned. I did have some problems with their countertop subcontractor but manager Sean stepped in and made everything right. I highly recommend working with USA Cabinet Store.

USA Cabinet Store was amazing!! From the design to the installation, they made the task of replacing our bathroom, seemless and stress-free. We were looking for a modern look that they suppassed in our expectations. And,we looking forward to many years of enjoying the new space.

I hired USA Cabinet Store Rockville to renovate my master bathroom after previously unsuccessful attempt to do it with one other contractor. Their price was more than reasonable and they managed to fix all the mess done by the previous contractor. My new master bathroom looks like the one from magazines and now I plan to renovate my kitchen with the same company when my budget allows.
