About Us

We are a custom home remodeling company serving the Portland Metropolitan area. Vista Homes NW grew from a rapidly growing “fix and flip” business. Starting in 2012, Vista Home Solutions, LLC, was rapidly acquiring properties and doing extensive redevelopment projects throughout the Portland Metro area. We soon realized the need for not only a quality product, but an extensive and streamlined communication process to complete these projects in a timely and efficient manner. With this in mind, we expanded to provide a division for CLIENT remodels. Our new brand, Vista Homes NW was born! My husband and I were looking for a contractor to carry out our design ideas for a total renovation of our kitchen, dining room, resurfacing a large free standing fireplace, all new trim, interior doors, and a complete repainting of our entire living space. Eric had his own ideas, some we adopted and some not, but it was obvious Eric aimed to please. His subs were fantastic and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Walls removed, beams installed, all new cabinets and a stellar 15+ foot island! With all that we still came in under budget because we did our homework to save money for certain must haves. The job was done in about six weeks (plus a few odd last minute touches), and we now think of Eric as a friend. He is fair, professional and aims to please.

On-time and classy!! Vista is a company ran by folks that do great and honest work. This large scale renovation was completed on time and with a fresh design that appealed to many. They have an eye for both timeless design as well as the current trends. I have since recommended Vista to many friends, family and clients looking for a remodel or renovation. I have seen with my own eyes many of their projects and know that large or small this is the company you want to work with.

I purchased my home in 2014, it was one of the Vista Homes NW projects. They are very professional, responsive and take the time to fully understand your situation and needs. It was a stress free process. I would highly recommend Vista Homes NW for anyone with a house project or interested in one of their houses.

Vista Homes NW is an excellent choice for a home remodel. Every single step of the project was completed on time and with very few (and I mean few) surprises or challenges. The proposed budget was also completely correct and inline with final costs. We were pleasantly surprised to have an excellent finished product along with an affordable and correct budget. I have already recommended Vista Homes NW to my neighbor who has hired them for their home remodel. I would look no further than Vista Homes NW for any home remodel/repair need.

Eric with Vista is outstanding. We are only a little into our project and already I know I made the right choice. He is professional, thorough and very understanding which is great for my hectic life. On top of it all, Vista is tremendously flexible with dates and financing (all credit cards for me). Simply stated, you can't go wrong with Vista, they are amazing.
