Mark is amazing! The job he did was perfect. He built two beautiful restrooms, incredible lightening and took care of all the issues with the house we bought. Mark worked by himself at an impressive speed and punctuality. His fee was very affordable and the quality super high. I never imagined to have such a wonderful work done so fast. Additionally he is a very kind, polite and helpful person. Thank you, Mark for turning this old and cold house into a beautiful and warm home.

I hired Wagner Remodeling to re-model my galley kitchen in Sept. 2018. After receiving multiple quotes from a couple different companies, I decided to go with Wagner Remodeling after meeting Mark Wagner. Off the bat he wasn't as pushy or trying to be a salesperson like the others that came by. I reviewed their work on their website prior to having them stop by so I knew what they were capable of. They outlined the process from start to finish and stuck to it. They were extremely helpful is recommending the look (both from Style and function) of the kitchen. They never pushed one specific product (i.e. Sink, Faucet, etc), but would recommend various models of good quality from their experience within this industry. As someone who is not familiar with the contracting world this was very helpful for me. Besides all the help with design and products, they did an amazing job on the kitchen. In terms of the project, the whole kitchen was gutted all the way down to the studs in the walls to the floor boards. All new tile (floor and backsplash), cabinets including undercounter lighting, drywall (including adding insulation where there wasn’t before), electrical outlets, new plumbing where needed, new sink, new disposal, new dishwasher, new granite countertop, new range, new rangehood and even the partial removal of a wall to open the whole area up. All of this work was done on time and with great attention to detail. I work online from home, so I was there everyday in and out of the kitchen to view the process from beginning to end. Overall I’m extremely satisfied and enjoy walking into the kitchen every day. If you have any remodeling in mind give Mark Wagner a call as you will not regret it.

Mark has done two complete bathroom remodels for us. He is an accomplished craftsman and did an outstanding job. He does exemplary tile/stone work and takes the necessary time to make sure everything is done just right. He is a perfectionist and did all the work himself. His suggestions and expertise were invaluable and much appreciated. He is skilled in tile work, cabinetry, electrical work and plumbing. The quality of his work is outstanding. His quote was reasonable and even though he is sometimes booked for a few months, we found he is worth waiting for. Having hired him before, he has our complete trust and we didn't think twice about leaving him alone in our home. He communicates every step of the way, stays on budget and meets his deadlines. You won't get this quality work from a big box store.

Mark Wagner was a star as he remodeled our 3 bathrooms. He is conscientious, extremely detail oriented, has expert knowledge and works like a pro. All of these things we expected, but his abilities went beyond our hopes. Mark also REPIPED our entire house plumbing, replacing old, original '80's "Quest" piping with copper throughout! Mark did our downstairs bath and upstairs guest bath in Fall 2017, and returned after the holidays to produce a fabulous master bath starting January 2018. Every detail I wanted, he worked out how he could accomplish, and then he would go 3 steps further, doing additional detail tasks I hadn't even thought about. I would (and have) recommended him to our friends and family. Our projects came in on the budget/estimate we established early on, with a few change orders when we came across new ideas. Most of the work was done as quoted, and for all 3 bathrooms, we were just under $60k. Mark had great advice to help us save costs but still have maximum impact! We also asked Mark to replace and update all the doors in our home, install attic fan, and update can lighting to LED's. He did these additional tasks at reasonable cost and pretty quick! And BTW, Mark is a very nice and respectful person to interact with, He has a wonderful sense of humor, and my husband and I enjoyed the times he was working on our projects!

I had suspicious water stain growing bigger and bigger on our hardwood floor. I had a plumber from a different company investigate the problem; he suspected a leaking shower pan and warned me about the difficulty in getting a plumber and tiler to do the job. Luckily, I found Mark. We ended up redoing the shower. From the start to finish, Mark provided excellent work. He met with me to examine the first job and suspected a punctured drain pan and his suspicion proved correct. Mark set a very clear payment schedule and spelled out what to expect. We were responsible for payment of the tile and shower doors separate from the labor and other materials on the contract. Mark communicated with us frequently so as to let us know about his work progress and to let us know about anything he needed for us to do. I really appreciated his input into where to check for tile styles, doors, faucets, and shower heads. The shower looks quite beautiful, and I'm grateful for the craftsmanship. He also fixed some non-related shower items and he knows quite a lot about electrical, plumbing, tiling, and general construction. Mark gets very busy because of the quality of his work and you'll need to be prepared to possibly wait months to use his services. He's that good. I'm super happy with the results and I wholeheartedly recommend Wagner Remodeling!

Wagner Remodeling did a beautiful job on our master bath remodel. We were looking for someone to execute our designer’s plans for a complete renovation, which included detailed tile work. We were lucky enough to find Mark, who exceeded our expectations in making the vision a reality. Mark is responsible, reliable, and very easy to work with. He shows great attention to detail and performs all work with care. His tile work is exceptional, and our designer was very impressed by the execution of her plans. We appreciate that he does most of the work himself, and that the subcontractors he used for cabinetry, countertops, and shower doors were all excellent. Mark is a great choice if you like the idea of having a dedicated craftsman take responsibility for your entire project, with no random crews coming in and no downtime. We would definitely use him again for any future kitchen and bath projects!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Mark and how he transformed our 1970's Formica master bath into a beautiful peaceful sanctuary. He moved the sink, toilet and shower to different areas and his tile work made everything a masterpiece. He really helped us with color choices in cabinetry and tile that made the whole process enjoyable-who can say that with a major remodel?!?! We definitely recommend him as he's not only fantastic with his work, but a really nice guy as well. He kept us informed throughout the process and was very understanding when we had questions or came up with last minute ideas. You will not be disappointed with him-top notch all the way. We are going to be remodeling our guest bath next and he's our guy!

We hired Mark Wagner to remodel our long dark galley kitchen. With his eye for detail and creative expertise, he transformed a dingy old kitchen into a bright and airy one. He installed various types of lighting, raised our ceiling all within our original budget and in a timely manner. We have scheduled him to recreate two of our bathrooms in the new year. My first bathroom remodel...Mark was great and made it super easy...he was flexible working around my crazy schedule, protected my new carpet, was super clean and organized, my bathroom looks great and just what I requested and he finished on time! PROFESSIONAL + PERFECTIONIST + RESPECTFUL + TRUSTWORTHY = Mark Wagner. As a person with some handicap challenges, Mark remodeled a bathroom for me. I started the project simply hoping for something functional, never expecting to end up with a bathroom that could easily be featured in a designer's magazine. Honestly, it's my favorite room in the house! I felt completely included throughout the whole process, and appreciated Mark's input as WE made and revised decisions along the way. "I just want you to be happy," he would say every time we talked. Mark is a true artist, and combines his expertise as a contractor with a clear vision of how everything will come together aesthetically. I felt comfortable leaving him alone in my home, and he cleaned up after himself every single day.

We had a great experience working with Mark for the total renovation of our bathrooms. He is meticulous, super-knowledgeable, highly skilled, efficient, and reliable. Mark did a complete gut and remodel of our master bathroom and did a great job. He listened to our wishes and helped us make design decisions. We have 2 dogs and Mark was able to work around them and our schedule. We love the new bathroom, there were now shortcuts taken with any aspect of his work and we would definitely use him again.
