Ward Winning Homes recently completed a basement living area renovation in our home - working with Ted was literally the best contractor experience I've had to date. He provided a fair estimate, a reasonable time to start/complete the project, and scheduled the right people for all of the different portions (electrical, dry wall, paint, etc.) while letting me know exactly what would happen day to day. I'm extremely satisfied with the end result - the renovation was exceptionally done with an outstanding level of professionalism and attention to detail. Additionally - the contractors doing the work were probably the least intrusive folks that have done work here - it was exceptionally quiet (except for the conduit running but you should expect that) - I work from home and it was perfectly reasonable for me to carry on with calls during the day while they were here. The other thing that I was really pleased about was when surprises turned up, Ted quickly talked to me about it and we figured out a fair course of action to resolve the issue. A contractor could have really easily covered up what was clearly an electrical fire hazard but I really appreciated his honesty and concern for getting the job done right. I would highly recommend Ted/Ward Winning Homes to anyone going through a renovation - I found Ted to be fair, easy to work with, and capable of outstanding work. Couldn't be happier with the outcome here.

Ted from Ward Winning Homes is the most responsive and timely contractor you could find. He also has a great eye for what the space could be and provided us with great advice that we wouldn't have otherwise thought of. Our basement turned out even better than we imagined. I finally have my dream kitchen and living space, thanks to Ted Ward of Ward Winning Homes. Ted has such a talent and vision for any space you. are trying to remodel. In my case, it was a small cramped and poorly laid out kitchen, a previous owner's DIY DON'T project. Ted was very patient with me and his expertise with design exceeded my expectations. The furnishings and finishings are top notch. Ted's team is extremely efficient, neat, clean, and prompt. My kitchen only took about 4 weeks and would have been less had there not been the COVID-19 shutdowns.

Ted & his team did an absolutely phenomenal job remodeling our kitchen. From our first consultation through the finishing touches Ted was thorough, honest, and delivered amazing results. He was highly communicative throughout the 8 week project, and we always knew he was looking out for our interests and budget. Every member of his team that spent time in our home was incredibly kind and a pleasure to work with. His recommendations for appliance, tile, and countertop vendors were top-notch as he helped guide us through our first remodel of this scale. The results speak for themselves as he transformed our dated and low-quality kitchen into a modern and efficient space. Our only regret is we didn't have the budget to have him transform our bathrooms at the same time. We'll be back!

Ted Ward has totally transformed our house, and he was a pleasure to work with!! All of the work was done meticulously, in a reasonable amount of time, and Ted helped us through each stage. He was so knowledgeable about where we could save money and where to spend, and was awesome at keeping our budget in mind while also producing a beautiful finished product. We had a new custom bathroom added to our master bedroom. Every question or concerns we had during the process was answered and explained. In addition, they provided a ton of ideas about what would work for the space and our contractor was excellent. The bathroom turned out amazing.
