“We've lived in our home for almost 37 years. Today Grover from Bull Run KB finished the remodel of our tiny master bath, which was completely redone, and now has a beautiful tiled shower, including safety features lacking in our old bathtub/shower. We first met Hakan Boke in 2016, when Bull Run K&B remodeled both our hall bath and our laundry room/1/2 bath. As before, this time around, Hakan met with us at our home to see the space, and as usual, his design expertise and experience was extremely helpful in explaining what was feasible and the type of materials he recommended. Hakan then met with us again in the showroom. The marble tile samples he showed us were spot-on, and we were pleased with his recommendations. Hakan wants his customers to save money where possible, so we were able to shop for the cabinets and commode we wanted at a home improvement store that provides a military discount. The contract also included necessary items such as building materials and fixtures to be provided by Bull Run K&B. Once the project commenced, it took Grover a total of 11 workdays from start to finish to complete our small master bathroom remodel. Most houses built in the 1970s have bathrooms the size of closets, so Grover, with assistance from his sister Pilar, performed all the demo, carpentry, tiling, etc., reporting to Marshad who checked in daily as project supervisor. Marshad kept the communications lines open and provided critical support as needed, such as providing advice on issues that arose, rounding up a part and dropping it off, or arranging for trash pickup, to keep the work flowing smoothly. We are extremely pleased with the results, and want to thank Hakan and Marshad for their oversight and support, and most especially, we are grateful to Grover and Pilar for the wonderful service, excellent workmanship, and attention to every little detail. We could not be happier with the results, and highly recommend Bull Run K&B for your next project.”

“The one thing that I always say about Case and our house remodel is "everything looks better than I thought it would." We worked with Gizem, Elena, Bruce, and Jason. It was a huge project - very old house that hadn't been well-maintained. We moved the kitchen, moved around several walls and doorways, and created a master suite upstairs. We also created a mudroom in the basement and put a garage door on. Case is expensive, for sure, but you get what you pay for. Everything just looks incredible. The team was responsive, quickly dealt with my issues, and almost finished on time. Honestly, there are a couple of nitpicky things I could say that bothered me at the time but now that the project is over and done with and my house looks like it does I really don't care. The big things that mattered were done well. They were on budget (I ended up paying $2k more for allowances at the end), pretty much on time (our shower door was custom and ended up taking a month and a half longer than expected), the quality is SO GOOD, the subcontractors were all good and respectful, our main carpenter was so smart and great at his job, our designers honestly KILLED it - I have very specific tastes that I'd define as "not basic but not kind of basic" and Gizem and Elena were able to nail it. I never want to do another renovation again, but if I did, I'd definitely call Case.”
