The Wellman's did two bathrooms with us and provided a very reasonable starting point with a basic package of components for each. They further were terrific and patient in helping us make all the equipment and material choices we needed. Their staff did great work in executing the plans, although it was helpful that I stayed available to remind the staff of the different choices made. Highly recommended.

Hired Wellman Contracting to refinish the wood floors in the house I had just purchased. The house was built in 1956. The house was in a state of deep neglect. The floors upstairs were covered in carpet. We ripped out the carpet. Mr. Wellman's crew removed the tack strips, and old quarter round. They then sanded the floors, repaired the damage from the tack strips, and coated the wood. This was done before I moved in, so it wasn't stressful. Mr. Wellman and his staff were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, Someone did get a little bit of the polyurethane on the wall molding on the stairs. Otherwise, the job was perfect and beautiful!. It was done in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again! Wish I had hired them to remodel my kitchen.
