We just completed a months-long project with Welsh Construction. It was a major renovation: a deck, three bathrooms, kitchen improvement, basement work, painting, etc. The results are stunning! We cannot thank the Welsh Construction team enough for their professionalism, dedication and work ethic. We couldn’t have picked a better team! From the very beginning, Tim Welsh (the owner), Lucy Lyons (the very talented designer) and Philip Grove (our awesome project manager) put us at ease by explaining in detail the process and by keeping us informed at every step. We are very happy with all the workers involved with the project. Everyone was very nice, professional and trustworthy. We were out of town for part of the project, and Lucy and Tim kept our weekly meetings via Skype. Special thanks to Lucy for helping us with the design decisions. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and talented, and she will save you a lot of time by offering suggestions and ordering finishes for you. We learned a lot from her. Her sketches led to beautiful choices for the bathroom and closet cabinetry, flooring, and really throughout the house. Thank you all for making our home beautiful and modern!

Choosing Welsh Construction was a no-brainer for us because we have only heard positive - even glowing - reviews of their professionalism. Our top priority was to have a good experience while our addition was being built around us, and to be able to look back with some feelings of fondness toward the process. We have had Welsh do a number of projects at our home. They have all been professionally executed to meet our desires. The most recent project was a major remodel of the master bathroom. The result was beautiful.

I have used Welsh Construction for several jobs. They are professional and willing to work with you to find solutions. There is a job site manager on every project to make sure it stays on target. I live in an area where hunting season interferes with a lot of contractors and jobs can be prolonged or not started. Welsh gives you a timeline with a reasonable start and finish date and they guarantee their work. The projects came out better than I imagined. Personable and professional!

I can only suggest, during a major home renovation, that the client be advised ahead of time to expect considerable expense after the work is completed to repair the ground damage around the project via landscaping and replanting that is bound to be needed because of heavy foot, product and vehicular traffic during the work. The scope of this came somewhat as a surprise to me.

When it became clear that we had a major problem with our house we wanted to hire competent professionals who would do the job right. A colleague at work recommended Welsh Construction. Every member of the Welsh team showed consummate professionalism and competence and concern to to the job right. Working with them over months was always a pleasure. They advised me on parts of the work that I could do myself to save some money. I appreciated this very much. The material and workmanship were all top quality. These people were a genuine pleasure to work with.

Tim and his team have worked for me on 3 projects, a sun room addition, a basement remodel and a screened-in porch. I have never worked with a more thorough, professional and reliable group of folks. They were on time, every day and communicated their plan in detail with weekly meetings and follow up in writing. They were budget conscious and made adjustments to stay where I needed to be cost-wise. The construction site was always left clean and orderly and the teamwork was amazing. No one was ever sitting around with loud music blaring, smoking and leaving cigarette butts everywhere. Their attention to detail was beyond expectation, down to the slightest inch, color, finish, or function. Each trade, plumbing, electrical, finishers, carpenters, designers had their plans and the overall plan and fit together hand in glove to make sure no time was wasted and no element was overlooked. On every aspect, from functionality to appearance, I felt heard, understood and respected, yet everyone shared their expertise and insight to bring the very best to the finished product. I ended up each time with more than I had dreamed I wanted. They helped me fall in love with my house again and brought out elements I never knew existed. They handled what I anticipated would be a stressful situation, each step of the way, so I didn't have to worry about anything other than enjoying the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and wish everyone were as fortunate as I was to have the best of the best working for me.

My experience with Welsh Construction showed their professionalism, exacting details and outcome based methods where they shared ideas for the plan I envisioned and led me to a positive end result. Pricey but worth every penny. They are professionals of the highest level. The projects they have worked on have been quite complicated and are done with the utmost care and perfection. You will not be disappointed. I have worked at their projects for the past 5 yrs.
