“We needed to replace a 1880 elevator in a brown stone in Manhattan. We wanted to install a new concrete shaft to support a modern elevator to travels 7 stories. In addition to engineering work, a real challenge is to work with existing tenants. It took a few years to find the right company for this project. We contracted Lion Joint Venture for they presented with a flexible work plan at the price that we could afford. There were many challenges during this project. Lion Joint Venture has patiently worked out solutions every time and they managed to install the elevator within the budget on a timely basis.
