Primary Bath Remodel We are so happy that we found Zelmar Kitchen Designs when we decided to remodel our primary bathroom. Zelmar created a design that upgraded our bathroom’s functionality and style. They provided recommendations for flooring, shower tile and cabinets that were curated for our specific tastes. Zelmar works with a team of craftsman that are knowledgeable and professional. Their work is of the highest quality. From the demo to the installation of the cabinets, plumbing, electrical and the beautiful tile install, the team completed the work within the agreed upon timeline. We now have a gorgeous, spa-like retreat that also provides great storage. We are so pleased with the results. Thank you to the Zelmar team for our new bath!!

We have used Zelmar for two house renovation projects, and were completely satisfied with the results. We were given a schedule of what would happen and when, and both projects were completed on time as promised.

Our Master Bathroom was original to our 1989 house, and needed to be completely renovated and updated. We reached out to the Zelmar team, and they were fantastic from the beginning to the end of the project. From helping us to select our tiles and cabinetry, to measuring and providing a rendering of the space, to providing outstanding recommendations for installation contractors, the process was extremely smooth. A schedule was provided at the beginning of the job, and everything was completed on schedule or even ahead of time. We couldn't be happier with the finished product, and I would certainly recommend Zelko and the Zelmar team.

4 years ago we moved to a townhouse. The existing kitchen had to be gutted and redesigned. Zelmar had been recommended to us and we were so glad we had Zelmar on our team. Giving us a work schedule at the beginning of the work and sticking to that schedule was amazing. So recently we wanted to remodel our master bathroom and of course Zelmar was the only choice to do the design and work. Zelmar’s workers are professional, experienced and conscience. We wouldn’t work with anyone else.

We had a water leak that wiped out our kitchen. We went through insurance and after water remediation, we needed to find a kitchen contractor to put our house back together. Zelmar Kitchen Designs and More came highly recommended from one of our trusted friends that did two projects with them. I'm a shopper, so I actually had two other contractors that I talked to on the phone about our project. Zelmar just so happened to be our first stop. After that initial meeting in their showroom and meeting the entire family (Milan, Aleks, and Zelco) we knew they were who we wanted to go with. Next they came out to our house and listened to our ideas and wants and took measurements. We also discussed how and what would work in our space and how to incorporate what we wanted. Next Zelco worked his magic and designed our space. We came in to review his design and we loved it! He took our space and incorporated what we wanted and made many improvements and just made our kitchen function better. Since we were working with our insurance company they were very conscious that we didn't plan on remodeling our kitchen, so they really helped us decide where we could save money and where it was worth to spend it. We knew we wanted to do it right and get our upgrades though. Next we got our construction schedule, which we felt like was quick given our timeframe of the water remediation and everything else before we previously did. They stayed on schedule throughout the entire process. Communication was great and thorough the entire time. Their teams did an amazing job. They have quality materials and products. Our new kitchen turned out amazing! We love our new space. All the things big and small, just make so much more sense than our previous kitchen. Everything just feels top notch and is such an upgrade. We are loving our new space! Just overall so happy with how everything turned out. We're currently enjoying cooking and showing our new kitchen off to our family, friends and neighbors. We loved their help and knowledge on everything. Even the various items that we needed to get they would make recommendations if we needed it. For example, we needed a hood, but had no idea what to get. They recommended one and gave the reasons which all made sense, so we ended up purchasing that one. Again, just overall top notch service from the Zelmar KD & More family. Highly recommend! I've now personally seen three of their jobs and they all turned out wonderfully, one of them being our kitchen. I would definitely use them again and will recommend to family and friends in the future. Our project turned out so good.

I worked with Zelmar K & D at our old house 10 years ago and was so glad they are still in business when we bought a new house that needed a lot of work this year (2023). It was a bigger remodel job this time around and the guys only got better at what they do. The insights, advice and industry knowledge they provide is priceless. We just completed our third project with Zelmar Kitchen Designs within a span of six years. Our first was our kitchen, the second our master bath and most recently two bathrooms and new tile floors. Obviously we won't use anyone else. This family owned business is professional, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and only deals with thee BEST contractors. Every project went according to a very detailed schedule. The talented contractors were in constant contact with each other so that things ran smoothly and efficiently. They were respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day. We will not be going anywhere else when it's time for our next project. Hands down, Zelmar is the BEST!
