“Can't praise enough. Met Mary Lafevers on phone via internet contact, looking for obscure Italian faucet part bought on closeout five years ago. Answered phone, (no voicemail), took details down, said would call back, called back w/in half hour. Had to clarify a few details. Once done, said parts were being shipped to her, and she'd forward. DEALMAKER: When I offered to pay by credit card, said she'd send a bill via e-mail and to put check in mail. It was a small purchase, and I imagine this can't happen all the time or with large purchases, but WHEN have YOU last heard someone say, "Drop me a check in the mail!" I would LOVE to meet this woman in person! Do business with HER!”
