“I first went to Studio Verticale because I was looking for contemporary glass doors for the new home we were about to build in Gloucester. I spoke with Mila who assured me that they work within all budgets, but I assumed they would be too expensive. However, when an issue came up over some over-sized pockets doors I needed for the dining rm., (as well as architectural issues), I called Mila again to find out her pricing and possible solutions. She had not one but several options and I started working with her on other areas of my project. For example: I didn't want traditional wood baseboards, but something in metal - my kitchen cab. rep, the lumber supplier and my carpenter had no help to offer, but Mila gave me 3 options to consider with one having tons of styles and sizes, and samples are on the way! Another example: I wanted to put a slab of onyx stone as a full wall to my master bathroom shower, which was out of the question when I checked out the cost of the stone + install (never mind complications involved); luckily I mentioned it to Mila, who told me about Alex Turco's custom-sized art panels that can be used in wet areas and were less than 1/2 the cost! Due to innovative discounts, business contacts and ingenuity, I found that Studio V was actually getting me within my budget and providing higher quality materials and products than I could ever have found online or through custom work, at comparable prices. On top of that, Mila is the hardest-working person I've ever worked with, but is never pushy or assuming - and I love seeing her; she's so pleasant to be with. She has visited the site several times and is always so available - the fact that I can text or e-mail her anytime is wonderful, and is included as a free service. David is amazing, too, and so quick to give design ideas and offer his expertise. If someone told me that I would be working with such a high-end company as Studio Verticale, I would've laughed - now I am so grateful I took the time to compare them to the options out there and didn't end up with lower quality products. Check them out - no attitude, no pushiness, and really excellent service!”

“Jasmin is a rockstar!!!! I had the pleasure of working with Jasmin on a very large project which included kitchen, mudroom, and bathroom design. She was so pleasant to work with! She had amazing insight into things I had never thought of and she truly cared that I was happy! My project had it's share on ups and downs (none of which were Jasmin's fault) and she handled every bump in the road without a hiccup. She just kept moving forward and making changes as needed.
