She arranged for staging furniture to be delivered to my house, she coordinated the design and placement of staging furniture and artwork and added some very nice personal touches to the staging such as cookies in a jar in the kitchen, scented soaps in the bathrooms and a beautiful area rug. I highly recommend Gia for any interior design or staging project. VERY easy to work with and kept me throughly informed throughout the entire project!”

“Rachel Hutchens is an incredible designer! ¬¬We love our newly remodeled open concept kitchen. Rachel takes the time to get to know her clients and their tastes. She’s a very good listener. At the beginning of the process she asked me to begin collecting pictures of kitchens that appealed to me. True story …. We met on several occasions and I was able to share my vision for our new kitchen but, what I was describing was not matching the pictures I was saving on Pinterest. Rachel carefully shared her thoughts and helped me see that what I wanted was a modern farmhouse. Along the way, Rachel gave us multiple versions of designs and was always willing to tweak them to make it easier for us to make decisions. Besides designing our kitchen Rachel was involved in all aspects of our project by helping us select flooring materials, paint and cabinet colors, hardware, new fireplace design and lighting fixtures. She took us shopping for backsplash tile and countertops. She responded to questions promptly which helped keep the worries down to a minimum. Remodeling can be quite stressful and she was incredibly understanding and willing to support. We couldn’t be more please with the results and highly recommend Rachel to anyone dreaming of a new beautiful kitchen!”
