Brittany designed and coordinated the remodel of our master Bath and Bedroom, our stairs and our down stairs office and entry way. She did a phenomenal job with the design and with the selection, coordination and monitoring of the contractors selected for the various remodel jobs. We are extremely pleased with the results. She encouraged us to stretch our imagination to see her vision for the space, we did and we could not be happier.

It was a great experience working with Peter and Philip. I hired them when I was remodeling my home. They gave valuable suggestions, and better options in materials. I highly recommend Shepel Homes Construction for Home Remodeling!

Candace Nordquist is a Certified Kitchen design professional. She transformed our kitchen, seating area, family room, and entry into beautiful, highly functional, and comfortable spaces. She provided the design, material selection, coordination or purchase of materials, and recommended highly capable subcontractors I used to finish the project. Our waterfront house needed to have the view maintained or enhanced, the materials and colors needed to be capable of intense direct sunlight, and the traffic flow from the kitchen to the deck supported. She reorganized the kitchen placing flat surfaces between the arriving guest and the view. The tall elements were concentrated on the back wall giving a solid welcoming feel. Her 38" high waterfall granite table provides seating to enjoy the view. There are 28 cabinet drawers for storage, and the food prep, cooking, and clean up areas are all well organized. The electrical plan was also an integral part of the overall design. The under cabinet power outlets are especially nice and have minimized wall outlets. The lighting is able to be changed to create a variety of moods as well as provide specific task lighting. It is a pleasure to cook and entertain in this kitchen.

This company did a fabulous job for me. They remodeled my old kitchen, dining, and laundry room from the 1960's and brought it totally up to date with new cabinets, repaired plumbing and wiring, new lights, appliances, wall covering, French door, flooring, granite countertops, country sink, and glass tile backsplash. Another of my objectives was to have all three room blend, and look like they belonged in the same house. LOL. One stumbling block was my meager budget, but Jeff was incredible at finding bargains and helping me cut corners and still have it look great. Everything was done to my liking and specifications. Jeff was incredibly easy to work with and what really stood out in the very beginning, were his plans, schedule, and record keeping. We'd had a bad experience in the past with a remodel, and that company had no plans or schedules that we ever saw. Jeff's were clear and technical. The job was completed on schedule and I loved the clean, orderly, friendly way he worked and the reasonable price of his work. It was totally, a great experienced that left me wondering, wow, what can we do next?
Nancy Finneson | DeMane Design

I started working with Nancy Finneson of DeMane Design, to remodel my master bathroom. To date, I’ve remodeled all four bathrooms in my home using her design services. She listened to my ideas and preferences and expanded on them to give me beautiful, updated rooms that are better than I could have imagined. Nancy designed a built in cabinet for my master bath that gave me storage I never thought possible, in addition to upgrading its entire look. In one of my guest baths her use of tile and glass accent tile made a simple bathroom into something elegant. Nancy was tireless in her search to help me find just the right paint color, cabinets, tile and lights which all came together beautifully. I love my new bathrooms and couldn't have done it without her!

After much searching and disappointment trying to find an interior designer, we found Brian and believe we hit gold. We hired Brian to redesign our existing kitchen and master bath. Neither of us had ever remodelled a house. We had an idea of how we wanted the areas to feel but didn't know how to make it happen. Brian asked the right questions about our family to come up with a number of different options on how we can make the best use of our spaces. He really thought of everything when it came to functionality especially for the kitchen; for us, our kitchen really is the heart of the home and not just somewhere to eat. We believe the final product that was provided will help make the remodelling process as economical and smooth as possible. Brian was easily accessible during his design process and afterward asking us the status of our project.
Kim OReilly Interiors

Professional, timely and on budget. I have worked with Kim OReilly Interiors on several residential design projects within Canada and the US (many of these photos are on Kim's website). The projects have ranged from paint color, furniture and accessory selection to more technical design elements (i.e. moving walls to create a more open concept kitchen/living area) in terms of interior layout. Kim is very approachable and no-nonsense. She was respectful of our budget and timeline given at the outset of the project. Kim also knew how to work with our contractor and made sure to maintain open communication with us throughout. She has an amazing ability to honor my personal design ideas while giving them a fresh, and sometimes new, direction that makes me truly appreciate why I hired her in the first place. When I have attempted to do a project on my own in the past, I have become overwhelmed by the shear number of structural and cosmetic choices there are. In the end, Kim saved us considerable time and frustration, and I am always very happy I decided to work with Kim OReilly Interiors . I would not hesitate to recommend her.

We hired Jennifer to help us select furniture, drapes, and accessories for the main living area, kitchen, den, and dining room in our new home. She did an incredible job coming up with ideas -- including many things we would have never thought of ourselves. She's very well organized, taking complete measurements and lots of photos of the existing space, and coming back to us with a wide range of suggestions for fabrics, colors, furniture pieces, artwork, and accessories. She took care of all of the details of purchasing, delivering, and setting up the new pieces when they arrived. She's also great at listening to her clients, never imposing her own preferences over ours, and good about taking feedback to tune the direction of the project. We're very happy with our newly decorated home and hope to work with Jennifer on the other areas of our house.
Seattle Custom Cabinets

I've wanted custom cabinets for a long time. When my twenty year old cheap cabinets finally wore out, I fell in love with the kitchens on the Seattle Custom Cabinets website. Tim Schultz came and looked at my kitchen and asked a lot of smart questions. He listened to what I wanted, and added some amazing touches I never would have thought of. The cabinets are top quality and really gorgeous and I'm getting way more out of a tiny kitchen because of good design. Tim keeps a fatherly eye over the whole project -- not just the cabinet part - but stuff like appliances, counters, etc. He has been designing kitchens and building cabinets for a really long time. If you want a really great kitchen, step back a little and listen to him. He knows a lot!
