The team was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, making sure we received the answers and information we needed. We first contacted Armada a couple of years before actually starting construction so we could explore different project scopes and costs. At no point did we ever feel unwelcome, pressured, or like we were a bother. Everyone was responsive and took the time to thoroughly look into options for us. First, I want to say that what initially sold us on using Armada was Robin, our project consultant. She was simply the best! Her helpfulness, knowledge, and warm personality were absolutely top-notch. Omar, our project manager, always kept us informed and was very accommodating to our needs. We were concerned about the security of our pet during construction and her accidentally getting out. This was never an issue when we expressed our concern with Omar. Omar made sure the workers were aware of our concerns and was even understanding when we preferred not to leave a key in a lockbox for worker access to help us feel more comfortable with this situation. We know this created extra work for him, but he never treated it as an issue or inconvenience. He consistently checked in to make sure we were satisfied and encouraged us to voice any concerns we had. He was easy to talk to, and we always felt comfortable being honest with him. We were also fortunate to have the Vlads working on our project. They were always professional and delivered high-quality workmanship. As with any construction project, we experienced a few issues along the way. However, Armada made sure those issues were addressed to our satisfaction and took responsibility for ensuring everything was corrected. We truly appreciate that they stand behind their work.”

I think it’s tough to get clients to understand the value in hiring an interior designer at the onset and even tougher for the Designer to keep everyone on the right track. It’s a lot tougher than it looks. I found it refreshing they Jeanine was willing to challenge our ways of thinking and help us keep our whole house remodel on track and make it cohesive. I feel that the project that you embark on needs input from you as the client, and Jeanine takes it to the next level, well beyond just picking colors etc. We built custom elements throughout the home and it took a lot of collaboration and communication to see it through with the fabricators, contractors and suppliers.
