“We were referred by our neighbor who used Distinctive Elements for their kitchen. When we met Bo, the owner and designer, we immediately liked her as she is friendly and positive. Her design had a similar layout to other proposals, but Bo added an artistic flair by adding in angled cabinets with varied heights and depths that really made the finished project interesting and beautiful. She was quite flexible by incorporating our ideas into the final design which allows for a personalized touch. Her team was great. They were friendly, hard working and stayed right on schedule. There was one incident where they dropped our oven damaging the oven and the new floor. Without question, they fixed both at no extra cost and no delay in the project. The contractors for the cabinets, plumbing and granite were equally good. The finished product looks great! We would definitely use them again.”
