“Jan Neiges is the consummate professional. During the first meeting, Jan explained her role in our kitchen renovation and was extremely clear about the project scoop, billing, product management, timeline, payment schedule, and services; how refreshing! Jan listened to our ideas, and, with her extensive knowledge base, made innovated suggestions concerning ideas and details that we never even considered. We wanted a kitchen that was functional, tranquil and uncluttered. The AutoCAD drawing which she created was spot on. Jan accompanied us to several businesses (appliance, cabinetry, backsplash, sinks, knobs, etc.). She patiently and continuously answered our questions concerning information about materials, durability and design features. Jan had us meet the owner of Green Line Construction, LLC, Mr. Henderson, who has 25 years’ experience. They both worked together seamlessly. Mr. Henderson took full charge of hiring the specialty sub-contractors, and was on site throughout the project. He not only scheduled every worker, but also was responsible for taking care of the payroll. All workers were polite, efficient, and professional. Everyone cooperated with no conflicts whatsoever. Our new kitchen meets all of our criterial. The adjective used by family and friends to describe it is “elegant”. Renovations can be daunting, but this has been a very pleasurable experience.
