“Review for Hope Pinc Design My fiancé and I recently completed our move into a new home and partnered with Hope Pinc Design without question, it was the defining decision in transforming our space into something truly exceptional. The home was purchased semi-furnished, and we were faced with the nuanced challenge of integrating pieces from our previous residences while honoring the integrity of what already existed. Hope approached this with a level of precision and vision that immediately set her apart. From the outset, her professionalism was evident. She is highly organized, impeccably detail-oriented, and possesses a rare ability to curate spaces that feel both elevated and effortless. What could have felt disjointed was instead seamlessly layered into a cohesive, sophisticated environment. Her design sensibility strikes a perfect balance between refinement and livability. Every element feels intentional nothing excessive, nothing overlooked. She has an intuitive understanding of scale, texture, and tone, and the end result reflects a home that is not only beautiful, but deeply personal. Beyond her talent, the experience itself was equally impressive. The process was discreet, collaborative, and thoughtfully managed from start to finish. Hope brings a quiet confidence to her work that instills complete trust. Working with Hope Pinc Design is not simply about decorating a home it’s about creating a space that feels curated, timeless, and entirely your own. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone seeking a truly elevated design experience.”

“We had a wonderful experience working with Streamline Construction on our backyard remodel. From start to finish, Jason and his team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and integrity. Jason and his designer, Eduardo, were thoughtful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, helping to bring our vision to life while offering their expertise and helpful suggestions along the way. The project stayed on schedule, and communication was consistent and clear throughout the entire process. We always felt informed and confident in the next steps. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and it's clear Jason and his team take pride in what they do. What stood out most is that Streamline Construction truly stands behind its work. Jason was responsive and attentive even after the project was completed, which speaks volumes about his commitment to his clients. We are so happy with our new backyard and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional general construction company.”

“My wife and I recently completed a full kitchen remodel with Preferred Kitchen and Bath (PK&B). As a commercial construction manager, I have high standards for project execution, and Julie Wu and her team met them. Design & Planning: We began with PK&B's Conceptual Design Service. For a $200 fee (which was credited back to our contract deposit), Julie provided a 3D rendering that perfectly captured our vision. Their showroom is excellent; being able to see and touch the materials firsthand ensured there were no surprises regarding the final look. Execution & Communication: PK&B handled the entire permitting process and stayed exactly on their 12-week construction schedule. The subcontractors were professional and respectful of our home. We especially appreciated Suzy Sparks, who provided weekly updates so we always knew what to expect for the following week. Integrity & Problem Solving: In the construction industry, challenges and mistakes are inevitable and how a contractor handles them speaks volumes about their integrity. We experienced two examples of this: Unforeseen Issues: During demolition, we discovered a pre-existing leak in an upstairs shower drain. We also requested that PK&B fix some pre-existing water damaged flooring in an adjacent room. In both cases, they acted quickly and the change orders were very fair and reasonably priced. Post-Construction Support: After completion, we noticed a mistake in the backsplash installation. I was very impressed with the speed at which PK&B coordinated the subcontractor’s return to resolve the issue, and it was completed to our total satisfaction. Value Add: While we knew appliances were not part of the initial proposal, Julie provided us with her builder’s discount at a local showroom, resulting in significant savings. The Verdict: PK&B balances design vision with disciplined project management and, most importantly, they stand behind their work. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and highly recommend them.”
