“Emerald Ventures, Inc. built two homes to be featured in the 2013 Spring Parade of Homes. Parade homes need to WOW the crowds with the newest colors, innovations and styles. I sought out two local designers to help me accomplish this goal. Sarah was very excited to help out with our Madrid model. I was impressed with Sarah's energy and excitement about the process and selected features. She came prepared for each meeting and didn't mind rolling up her sleeves and staying late into the night to finish up the night before the parade. She has a background in new construction so she understood our limitations and timelines perfectly. I loved her suggestions and ideas.
