“We can not see enough positive things about Janet. Before hiring her we had hired three previous designers for the construction of our home. She was the first that we felt was engaged in the home building process. From the start, she was detailed, understood our vision, and communicated her thoughts succinctly to us and the various vendors that were used for the construction. She even assisted us with our builder when they were being unreasonable or needed guidance. She was a pleasure to work with, as she answered texts and emails in a timely manner. Some unique things about Janet is that she has the technical skills of an architect since her father was one for many years and while having impeccable taste she understands when she is assisting in finding that perfect piece of furniture, art etc the price should be taken into account. Furthermore, once the relationship was established she would deftly suggest an alternative when she disagreed with our choice in the most pleasant way that allowed us to trust her in the future. Janet definitely made our house a home that reflects our style. We will continue referring her to our friends without hesitation. If you would like a stylish, caring, and professional designer that leaves her ego behind you could not find anyone better!”
