“In the fall of 2016, we started working with Bill Wrape (the owner) and Alissa Oates (the interior designer) of DKB for a complete remodel of our master bathroom. They listened to our ideas, offered various options, and helped us make choices for the layout, design features, finishes, and fixtures. They were both extremely professional and worked diligently to implement our wishes for the completed project. All the subcontractors (eight of them!) were top-notch and executed their part of the installation with skill and care. Everyone involved in the job (Bill, Alissa, & the subs) kept us informed of their progress. Bill & Alissa were available by email, text, and phone at all times. The completed job more than met our expectations; it is aesthetically pleasing, a more efficient use of our space, and it incorporates the features that we wanted. Because of our very positive experience with the three bath projects, we are in the midst of having DKB remodel our kitchen. On this project, we are working with Bill and his interior designer McKenzie Ferrand. Again, we have received excellent advice and design recommendations; the work is progressing as scheduled; and we are looking forward to the completed installation.
