“Ross Amaral is amazing. I knew he was going to be my contractor for my kitchen remodel the first time I spoke to him over a call. This is of course after having interviewed about 6 - 7 contractors. He demonstrated kindness, patience, clear competency and expertise. He gave me a brand new kitchen, with new cabinets, an island (I didn't have one and really really needed one), new floors throughout the first floor. Kindness and patience was important to me as this remodel project was the first for me. I wanted someone who also can design for me my vision of what I was looking for. Ross went above and beyond. Not only did he complete the scope of the project I originally had in mind, but he also tackled other things I kept adding to the scope of work with grace, patience and expertise. I had his team also paint the whole house. Ross work made me fall in love with my kitchen and house again. I mentioned he went above and beyond above.. this was demonstrated by him adding LED lights under my kitchen cabinets as he knew that would please me. I didn't mention this to him, but he suggested it when we were going thru the design phase. The end product was other worldly, it made my heart smile and filled with joy.
