Kitchen Designers in Santa Ana

“My wife and I recently completed a full kitchen remodel with Preferred Kitchen and Bath (PK&B). As a commercial construction manager, I have high standards for project execution, and Julie Wu and her team met them. Design & Planning: We began with PK&B's Conceptual Design Service. For a $200 fee (which was credited back to our contract deposit), Julie provided a 3D rendering that perfectly captured our vision. Their showroom is excellent; being able to see and touch the materials firsthand ensured there were no surprises regarding the final look. Execution & Communication: PK&B handled the entire permitting process and stayed exactly on their 12-week construction schedule. The subcontractors were professional and respectful of our home. We especially appreciated Suzy Sparks, who provided weekly updates so we always knew what to expect for the following week. Integrity & Problem Solving: In the construction industry, challenges and mistakes are inevitable and how a contractor handles them speaks volumes about their integrity. We experienced two examples of this: Unforeseen Issues: During demolition, we discovered a pre-existing leak in an upstairs shower drain. We also requested that PK&B fix some pre-existing water damaged flooring in an adjacent room. In both cases, they acted quickly and the change orders were very fair and reasonably priced. Post-Construction Support: After completion, we noticed a mistake in the backsplash installation. I was very impressed with the speed at which PK&B coordinated the subcontractor’s return to resolve the issue, and it was completed to our total satisfaction. Value Add: While we knew appliances were not part of the initial proposal, Julie provided us with her builder’s discount at a local showroom, resulting in significant savings. The Verdict: PK&B balances design vision with disciplined project management and, most importantly, they stand behind their work. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and highly recommend them.”

“Goldenline did some remodeling work on my kitchen recently. They did an excellent job. They did the work quickly - in just a few days - and to a very high standard. Khassan in particular is a highly skilled contractor. I can't praise him enough!”

“We are extremely pleased with the results of our renovation project through Home Renew 360. From the initial contact with Gal, where we put our dreams on paper, to the contract signing with Gal and Ron, where we were assisted with securing financing, everything went smoothly. The craftsmen were careful of the property and kept in constant contact to insure that we were consulted whenever decisions had to be made. They each cleaned up their work site at the close of every day.The tile work in the bathroom and on the kitchen backsplash is a real showpiece, and the tiler even showed me how to grout an extra piece of backsplash to make my own custom trivet. The plumbers relocated the tankless water heater to a much more desirable location, installed new sinks, faucets, shower heads, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilets, garbage disposal and a hood for the range. The painters were very patient with my slow decision-making and painted samples onto the wall to help me choose. The walls and ceilings throughout the house now look pristine. The cabinet craftsman built an incredible, new 8’ cabinet and refaced the existing cabinets/drawers in a satin-looking finish, with all self-closing hardware. It gives the kitchen a dramatic look and compliments the floor, counter, walls and backsplash. The quartz countertops have a beautiful pattern and were measured and fit perfectly. The composite flooring was laid professionally and I was given expert advice on how best to care for it. The carpeting and new baseboards in three bedrooms and the living room were completed in one day and beautifully match the walls. The electricians added and rewired outlets, ran a dedicated line for the tankless water heater, installed a ceiling fan in the kitchen and bathroom, provided new sockets and dimmer switches, and put in multiple recessed lights. The roofers did a thorough job with both the repair of the wood slats and replacement of the old roof, and added an overlay on the patio cover which solved our leak problem. This was tested by torrential rains less than a week after installation! Gal, Ron and Victor, (the man with the eye for details,) alternated supervising the crew and were always available in person or by phone. The house looks beautifully updated and all of our home improvement dreams have been realized. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Their motto seems to be “Whatever you want!” as I heard this repeatedly whenever I asked “Do you think I could have.....?” Gal, Ron and aVictor provided a very personal touch, making sure our every wish was granted. The company even sent us flowers on our anniversary! For large or small jobs from floor to roof, Home Renew 360 is a company you can trust to bring you your dream home at an affordable price.”
