“We were in the process of replacing windows and siding on our house, when I asked the contractor about cabinets beside the sink. Within the hour, Bob came to our home, took measurements, and encouraged us to look at a kitchen remodel. He was respectful of our need to prioritize our projects. A year later, we contacted him for kitchen remodel ideas. Bob drew up a computerized plan. We kept asking for changes here and there. He kindly redid the plans many, many times. After moving appliances around, etc. we went back to Bob's first plan! Bob just smiled. He was very understanding and patient through out the process. When we went to the store to look at cabinets, countertops, sinks, and hardware, Bob and his staff provided thorough explanations to help in our decision making. When we were struggling on flooring and countertops, Ashley went to another store and brought us samples to consider. I went from an outdated kitchen that lacked cabinet space and had a peninsula, soffit, and Formica counters to a kitchen I love! It I my favorite room in the house and I don't even like to cook! It is hard to believe what Bob created in the same space. My kitchen feels so open. The arrangement is so convenient, I have an island with a quartz counter top, beautiful ceiling height cabinets, a corion sink and counter tops, a pantry/china hutch and an awesome raised dishwasher. I am trying to create an "aging in place" house and my kitchen meets that requirement. I am very pleased.”
