“We were interviewing remodeling companies and Kathy Nieto and Interior Trends stood out. Kathy is very straightforward, confident, and a pro. Kathy’s accessibility is key, and when contacted, there is a positive response. Every now and then, you want to talk to the boss, and she’s there for you when needed. The project timeline as presented in the proposal was hit almost to the day. What was agreed upon in the proposal was delivered in the timeline stated. The holistic pricing model was appreciated, and it was nice having everything in house, all inclusive, from design to project management. Any change orders that occurred were not buyer mistakes, they were good add-ons. The change orders that we did enhanced the design and were worth it. They did not delay the project. The base project plus change order costs came in on budget. We had a vision of what we wanted to do, and in a relatively quick period of time, Michael, Interior Trends in-house designer, recognized that vision. There was a good alignment between our vision and the designer. Michael was very professional, he kept us on track, we enjoyed the joint shopping trips, and he was also mindful of staying within price points. Carrie’s cabinet designs were great. It’s the most functional kitchen we’ve ever had. The design experience was very personal. This was our first whole house remodel and found there are inactive periods during construction. Faith is required on how all the pieces come together. Knowing we could go out of town and everything would still move forward is what we wanted. When needed we could facetime and everything stayed on track. Communication was great and everyone was delightful to work with. Projects like ours take time, and you have to be patient, but it’s so rewarding when done. Interior Trends met our expectations 100%.”
