“My name is Amy Gardner, and I have worked with Jennifer Gilmer Kitchen & Bath on various projects since 2004, beginning with a complete remodel and addition to her own house. We worked collaboratively on all aspects of her project. Since that time, we have done many projects together. Jennifer is a great design talent, merging her facility with being able to design in any style with her extraordinary knowledge of and insights into the "mechanics" of great kitchen design. She is a nimble designer, able to work with clients and their goals on their terms. One of the more remarkable things about Jennifer is her ability to think "on the spot", reviewing options during even the first consultation with a client. She and her design and management staff deliver service from the conceptual beginnings of a project, all the way through the design and construction phases of a project, working with clients and design team members in a collaborative manner. “We've built a new house recently and we've worked with Gina on six bathrooms, kitchen, bar and the outside cabana kitchen area. She was very professional, creative, knowledgeable, responsive and pleased to work with. From the planning stage through completion she seemed to take what could have been an otherwise overwhelming project and guided us through the process resulting in beautiful rooms. Another aspect that was very important to us was communication, which was right on. There wasn't a time that we did not hear back from her within a couple of hours. That is something to be valued and gave us peace of mind. We're very glad that we had a chance to work with her and strongly recommend her to anybody.”

“I am very happy with the work that Bath Plus Kitchen did for my kitchen renovation. Our outdated kitchen was completely gutted, and the final result has changed the entire feel of our house. (See attached before and after photos.) They were able to start the project immediately, which was very important to us, and stuck to their timeline. Eric worked with us diligently to provide advice on a number of topics and to promptly resolve any issues, and his team was hardworking and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking to complete a kitchen renovation.”

“The Model Home Look remodeled our 5x11 hall bath. The project included the removal of all the existing fixtures and tile, replumbing the toilet to accommodate a larger vanity, replacement of the existing window, new lighting, and exhaust fan. We were very happy with the result. Mike Ford the company president and his crew did a terrific job. Like any project thee were some minor issues but they responded very quickly to resolve any problem, We selected Model Home Look from three proposals and would recommend them.”

“WOW, is all I can say about both my experience with John at Home Design as will as the end product. John and I had a few conversations about what I was looking for and he just nailed it. The time period he did it within was absolutely remarkable. We got all new cabinets and granite, form ordering to installation within 7 days!!! How does that happen. Oh and by the way, his installers so friendly and accommodating. They worked until the job was done. None of this 8am - 3pm and "we'll be back tomorrow" nonsense. They stayed until he job was done and that included leaving the place spotless. Thanks again Home Design. I will definitely be using you again and recommending you to all my friends and colleagues.”

“We found VKB to be a great choice for our full master bathroom remodel. They provided their estimate quickly and out of the 3 other quotes we received for this project they were the least expensive. The work was done with care, especially the tile work, which took longer than expected but only because the workers were careful and meticulous with their detail. We were short some tile, and in these cases they clearly told me what I needed to go get, which was much appreciated. The allowances in the budget for the fixtures and mirrors and such were generous; in fact, we decided to buy our own at Home Depot and received a credit. We relied on VKB to arrange the vanity/counter and shower door, both of which came out much better than expected. My only criticism would be a few minor details were missed, such as the drawer hardware, which came later and had to be installed separately. Overall, however, we were very happy with VKB and would certainly look to them again if we were considering any other work.”

“Lizzie is a talented designer with loads of good ideas, but just as important, she is fun to work with! She’s relaxed and happy and will help you relax into your design happy-place. She was enthusiastic about my project (complicated renovation of a 1920s master bath) and made herself available when I needed her. I was very, very glad I had her help!”
