My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

“My wife and I selected Chi Renovation to do a complete remodel of our primary bathroom and to add a half bathroom to our basement. We have nothing but the highest praise to give to them for delivering such a fantastic end result. The team we worked with was fantastic. We really enjoyed the hands on process of working with Elizabeth, our designer, who helped guide us through the entire process of creating our dream primary bathroom. We had a fair bit of back and forth throughout the design process but it resulted in some highly detailed and thorough design plans, which included realistic renderings, all the selected hardware and finishes, and overall layouts. We felt like we got great advice from Elizabeth, and she really listened to what kind of look and feel we were going for. We then got with Daniel, our project manager, who helped turn the plans we received into reality. He was also a pleasure to work with and always provided very clear project updates via text and phone. The teams he assembled for electrical, plumbing, and carpentry were all very professional and did great work. Daniel was also a great problem solver who was able to come up with clever solutions to any issues that came up. In summary, we are very happy owners of two completely new bathrooms spaces designed and built by the lovely team at Chi Renovation. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a remodel in the Chicago area.”

“We cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Stephanie. Our kitchen (and mainly the full first-floor) design process took over a year (due to us changing our minds and the timeline) and throughout it all she was an incredible partner, she never once was frustrated with us shifting the timing. Stephanie brought the most thoughtful and inspiring ideas to the table, while always taking the time to truly listen and work through our choices with us to make sure the final design aligned perfectly with our vision. When inevitable hiccups came up during construction, she stepped in without hesitation to help resolve them, advocating for us and ensuring everything stayed on track. Her professionalism, creativity, and commitment made the entire experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. Beyond that, Stephanie has become someone we truly consider a friend, and she will absolutely be our go-to for all of our future design needs.
