“Drew at Coastal Designs impressed us right from the very beginning. He was patient, friendly and honest with us about everything. He provided the level of customer service that we were looking for. I showed him images of kitchens that I liked and showed him a drawing of our floor plan and he came back with a sample of the cabinets and countertops he recommended based on the style and colors I described. We showed us the faucet, sink and garbage disposal that he recommends because he has installed them in so many homes now he knows they are quality. He gave us a 3D rendering of our floor plan and when he gave him changes he had those back to us really quickly. His quote was competitive and his timeline was the best. He promised it would be finished on time and he delivered. Everyone that worked for him was polite, and professional and provided excellent work. We tore the kitchen to the studs, removed a wall, moved plumbing and electrical, then installed all new cabinets, floors, new appliances, a window, countertop, sink, and backsplash tile.”
