From the first inquiry to the final touches my husband and I felt like Armada truly wanted us to love the final product. We started working with Charlie and Aya with the design phase which we felt like they really listened to our needs provided two options that meshed and ended up becoming what we have today. They got to know us so well through the process that they knew if we would or wouldn’t like something or not as soon as we asked “what if we did….”. From there Jacob our PM and his team took the design and made it a masterpiece! Jacob kept us well informed on the daily and weekly going ons and his team were so nice to work with that their daily presence is missed. It was an experience that neither me nor my husband expected, and would recommend them time and again for anyone’s remodeling needs.”

“Doru did our remodel in Wedgwood, Seattle and we are so happy. From the quality of the work, to the efficiency, professionalism and integrity, his work is first class. Doru and his team exceeded our expectations. Doru did the work within the timeline he gave us and communicated with us about the work every step of the way. Also, at the end of every day, they made sure that the work area was clean and tidy. He remodeled our bathroom put in new doors and trim throughout the house, put in recessed lighting throughout the main floor, installed two sliding doors, painted the entire main floor and did some needed electrical work. The finished work shows their dedication to quality and great craftsmanship. They are clearly skilled in their areas of expertise and take pride in their work. We’ve had work done in the past, and while the previous contractors did okay, our time working with Doru was a much better experience and also stress-free. “We would definitely recommend Luxury Bath. We had them do three bathrooms in our house, with the master suite being the main focus. They were replacing an old jacuzzi tub with a large, glass shower with two shower heads, wands, and a bench. Additionally, they replaced the old shower with a sauna. In the other bathrooms, there was a combination of new flooring, vanities, mirrors, and paint. Lucas was both sales liaison and general contractor throughout our remodel. He was respectful, courteous and prompt in responding to questions and concerns. The Luxury Bath quote software had significant limitations which made the quote itself confusing at times. Examples include: 1) our remodel encompassed three bathrooms but they were unable to provide a cost by room, lumping all flooring together by total square footage and 2) we had to engage another vendor altogether to provide the paint quantity estimation. That said, we appreciated the time he took to walk us through the process, bringing in the owner and head foreman when necessary, which made us comfortable in moving forward. As with any endeavor of this nature, I would advise that you spell out specific details in the contract itself and send emails summarizing any site walk through discussions and/or verbal conversations with any personnel. Documentation we sent following our initial on-site visit with Esteban was instrumental in quickly and satisfactorily resolving one point of dispute. We were impressed with the execution of Luxury Bath's team for our remodel. Esteban and his assistant arrived on-time everyday between 8 and 9 am. They would arrive and get straight to work, laying down cloth through the areas where they would be trafficking. When they completed their work for the day, there was hardly any evidence they were there at all. They would vacuum, clean up all their tools, and remove any waste from their work. In contrast, I recently witnessed the remodel of my parents' bathroom from another company, and they constantly complained about the garbage and waste building up out in front of their house. We had no such trouble with the Luxury Bath team. They were respectful of our home and worked diligently to get the job done on time. Similarly, Esteban was able to work independently with little input needed from me. Once we had our original intake meeting on the first day of demolition, Lucas, Esteban, my wife and I laid out the plans for the remodel and Esteban went straight to work. I was impressed that on day 1, they completely demoed the existing jacuzzi tub and had already laid the shower pan. We were quoted 2-3 weeks to complete the remodel of all three of our bathrooms, and they completed in 2 weeks, save for one additional day later on to add some finishing touches and install the custom shower glass. This was our first major house remodel and thankfully our experience was nothing like the horror stories friends and family shared. We would definitely recommend Luxury Bath.”
