We have very high expectations, those expectations were met and exceeded by Four Elements Construction. Key areas where Four Elements get's exceptional marks; Project budget and billing-pricing is competitive, billing is clear, change orders well documented...no surprises! Project timing and deadlines-finished on time with minimal items to complete Site safety and cleanliness-site protection was exceptional, trades were well supervised and have a history with Four Elements Staffing-polite, knowledgeable, good communication skills, easy to stay in touch with Quality of workmanship, deficiency resolution-exceptional....site supervisor caught most items and resolved, owner identified items were minimal. “Randy and his team started my kitchen and main floor renovation which involves the removal of a non-load bearing wall to create an open space concept in the spring of 2020. Throughout the project his team strictly followed AHS health protocol as I went to the house quite often to check on its progress. Midway through the renovation, Jurgen, his main team member fell ill and immediately the project was put on hold so that Randy and Jurgen could go for the Covid19 test. To our delight their tests came back negative. Jurgen was extremely helpful and very meticulous in his work evidenced by the great finished workmanship. In the end the project was finished close to the projected completion date with no surprise expenditures or costs. The professionalism and honesty exhibited by Randy and his team makes it worthwhile to check them out on anyone's next reno project.”

“This is the second time I've used Peak Improvements for a difficult renovation that turned out great. Chris, Wes and all of the subcontractors were courteous and efficient. This job included correcting the damage from an unsightly emergency plumbing repair I'd had another company perform a few months earlier as well as replacing 2 adjoined windows with a single slider while ensuring that the replacement trim matched the original in our vintage house. Having been burned by other contractors in the past I would heartily recommend Peak Improvements.”
